meu carro ficou na rua , estacionamento com poucas vagas e completamente aberto e longe da vista da recepção.
nossa cama de casal eram dois colchões de solteiro unidos comprometendo o conforto, foi ligado na recepção (no WhatsApp porque no ramal chama e não atendem) mas não resolveram, simplesmente disseram que estava lotado , que veriam no próximo dia mas não foram atrás.
o café da manhã não é ruim , mas são poucas mesas pra muita gente , e quando algo faltava não tinha reposição e quem chega mais tarde não tem tudo à disposição.
atendimento seco e ruim das funcionárias que servem o café, não são nem um pouco simpáticas.
televisão do quarto muito antiga , imagem horrorosa.
roupas de cama, cortinas e quadros velhos , ultrapassadas (apesar de limpas e higienizadas)

extintores de incêndio vencidos a quase um ano

manutenção preventiva do elevador atrasada

Pros:

Gostei de tudo: localização, café, quarto, receptividade dos funcionários. Escolhi o hotel pelo custo/benefício para me hospedar durante a Jornada de Pilates que aconteceu na cidade no final de semana. A próxima será em maio de 2027 e com certeza escolherei o mesmo hotel.

Cons:

Nada que eu não tenha gostado.

Ótimo lugar! Atendimento excelente, funcionários muito prestativos e simpáticos. As acomodações são mais simples, mas tudo bem limpinho, arrumado e organizado. O café da manhã é um banquete! Recomendo demais a estadia e com certeza se voltar a Gramado, ficarei no mesmo lugar!

Aconchego com gostinho de estar em casa.

O quarto que ficamos, muito pequeno mesmo para um casal o quarto era muito pequeno, sem ventilação, muito escuro, não gostamos, solicitamos troca e foi informado que o hotel estava cheio porem era visível que não estava
