Pros:

Eau chaude dans la douche est fonctionnelle.
Les 2 lits séparés sont de bonnes dimensions pour des adultes. Pas de risque de chutes du lit, en se retournant dans son sommeil.

Le petit déjeuner est très variés et bon.

Le personnel est un peu plus agréable et coopératif, et service, prêt à aider.

Cons:

Je n´ai pas compris pourquoi une dame de service a fait une remarque à un client qui avait prit un petit gâteau pendant le petit déjeuner pour le manger après, mais en dehors de la zone réservée pour le petit-déjeuner. Mais cette remarque n´était pas faite à tous ceux qui l´ont fait.

Cons:

absent management and no pride in property. telephone instrument filthy, lampshades dirty and torn, room service does not even come with salt and pepper, looks out of a rubbish dump. southern sun is slipping and one can see (overall) there is no management that care to do something about the rough and lazy staff they are working with

Staff was friendly and professional. The chefs are very good in that kitchen, i salute them

Cons:

If they can consider a bar fridge in the room so that those that are in medication that has to be kept at certain temperature won't have issues.
They must check gym equipment, please, if it is working.

Great staff, friendly and willing to help from reception to dining room and room service
All round perfect and also close to OR Tambo airport

1) Cold shower
2) No complimentary water - YOU CANNOT DRINK JHB TAP WATER! I had to Uber myself a bottle of water.
3) Cold shower is an ongoing issue, called reception and she tells me to wait 10 mins, whilst I am halfway through a shower after a long day.
4) No two prong plug points... it is 2026, how can you not provide USB and two prong connections.
