Great stay.
Pros:

Staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Absolute gems.
Beds were super comfy. Nice large fridge in room. Tea and coffee station.

Cons:

The only thing I can mark the hotel down on was the TV in my room was ridiculously small. However having stayed in other Garden Courts recently this was the only one where the TV wasn't out of tune on every channel.

The shower had a leak on the corner which lead to the floor getting wet. I'm sure it will be sorted out tho.

Would be nice to have a bottle of water or two in the room on arrival. Not a big deal but nice find in other places.

공항에서 약간 떨어진 저렴하고 편안한 숙소
Pros:

직원분들 친절하고, 요구하는 사항에 즉각 응대해 주었습니다.
아침 식사 맛있고, 좋았습니다.
위치는 도로에서 가깝고, 고속도로 접근이 좋습니다.
바로 옆에 쇼핑 몰이 있어서 필요한 물품 언제든지 구입 가능합니다.

My stay was amazing, the staff and service were top notch. I loved it
Pros:

Walked into the hotel and was welcomed by a friendly face ( Mbali), The service was top tier and the staff is amazing and friendly. The breakfast was good, the hotel is clean and well maintained.

Cons:

I booked for four people( 3 kids and 1 adult), room only had two coffee cups, I called housekeeping to request for additional cups and more sugar sachets and the gentleman(older man from housekeeping)that delivered the additional cups seemed irritated by our request, it felt like I was bothering him by requesting the sugar sachets and more cups, which was quite upsetting. The rest of the staff were amazing but that gentleman should really work on his customer service skills.

Excellent service
Pros:

Everything was on point: from facilities and a scrumptious breakfast everyday
Staff was very friendly: from the receptionist, housekeepers, waitresses as well as the chefs. Catered for all of our needs during our stay .
Location was central to all of our stops and places we wanted to visit

Pros:

The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and breakfast was exceptional. It's definitely value for money and my family and I had so much fun. Location is so convenient of which it's right opposite to Eastgate mall which is a 10 minute walk. Definitely recommend this place.
