The lighting in the room and bathroom is very poor. There is mold in the bathroom. There is no hot food. There are no restaurants nearby.

The restaurant is not in operation, although the location is a bit remote. Only breakfast available.

Very bad experience in this hotel which is mentioned as three star & i believe it is not even single star level ,my booking was for 2 triple rooms with garden view for 2 nights But unfortunately on arrival i got 2 double rooms with extra folding bed in each room, both room where so dirty & full of dust and many insects (spiders , cockroaches) ; bathrooms where so dirty & smelly and when i requested for room changing the hotel management refused with very unprofessional behaviour ( actually the hotel is managed by Saudi Trevel group) ; very bad Cleaning level,breakfast & room services ; finally i believe they are bluffing on Booking.com by adding comments & evaluations by their friends & travel agents ; if anyone have concerns i can provide photos & video of the room

They were very late in providing towels until night time.
We got there after 16 hours flaying at 1:30 am in the morning please was closedown I was very disappointed they’wast my time and money ,very very bad costumer service
