A lovely, clean hotel in a great spot, let down only by a tired old mattress.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location and spotlessly clean. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent throughout our stay.

Cons:

The only letdown was the mattress, which felt old and worn. It sagged noticeably at the edges and had very little support, so every time my partner shifted during the night I’d feel the bounce. That made it hard to get a proper night’s sleep.

Pros:

It was good for getting to places in Porto it was clean and the staff very friendly more than a 2star I thought

Cons:

All was good only problem is no lift if you have a problem with the stairs to your room

Pros:

Good location and very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and had all facilities that you would need. Quiet and safe location with just a short walk to bustling part of Porto. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was convenient for a short stay in Porto
Pros:

The location was good for all the places I wanted to visit

Cons:

I contacted the hotel months in advance to request a room with a fridge, no one replied back to my email even though I had sent two emails via the booking app. The bathroom was extremely small and the room itself had the absolute basic.

Porto est une ville que je recommande
Pros:

Le parking était pratique juste à côté de l’hôtel. Dimanche ce parking est fermé mais le personnel de l’hôtel nous a ouvert les portes.

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas bien isolés et nous avons entendu les voisins.
Dommage qu’il y a encore des tapis dans des hôtels, je trouve que c’est pas trop hygiénique.
Mais sinon propre.

Pros:

Poloha hotelu je velmi dobrá. Personál velmi ochotný, vstřícný a nápomocný. Snídaně je dobrá a servírovaná s péčí a zájmem o hosta. Ponechali nám zavazadla v hotelu dlouho po check out. Postele nejsou moc velké, ale velmi pohodlné

Cons:

Z ulice je poměrně hluk, který nelze úplně izolovat. Zrovna tak je poměrně slyšet zvuky ze sousedních pokojů a koupelen. Pokoje jsou poměrně malé a přeci jenom trochu zastaralé.
