J’ai eu affaire toujours à la même personne très très serviable

Séjour agréable , on se sent un peu chez soi .
Pros:

Hôtel familial très agréable , très propre . Très bon accueil . Nuits calmes . Felicidade était notamment remarquable .
Bon petit déjeuner . Bon wifi .

Cons:

Rien . Un détail , la TV est accrochée tout en haut du mur près du plafond . Incommode . Mais sans importance car on ne l'a pas allumée .

Lovely hotel with kind staff and central location
Pros:

The hotel was lovely, staff were all really nice, everything was clean, comfortable and easy to access. They were very helpful with storing my luggage when I arrived early as well. The location was perfect for the congress I attended in the super bock arena, and for going into the central city, but not too central so it was still very peaceful for those of us that need to work.

Cons:

My one little qualm was the shower water pressure (although might just be the shower head needing an update), but it was still perfectly manageable.

Cómodo para una noche o estancia de paso
Pros:

La atención del personal y la posibilidad de aparcamiento cerrado a 50 metros, con acceso fácil y plazas normales al aire libre. Nos permitieron salir un poco más tarde de las 11 en el día de año nuevo.

Cons:

Habitación reducida, justa. El secador de pelo estaba averiado pero nos proporcionaron otro.
