Pros:

Gentileza dos funcionários, limpeza excelente… Fica a uma distância de 15 minutos a pé da Livraria Lelo e Igreja do Carmo. É próximo também do Jardim do Palácio de Cristais, uma distância de 7 minutos a pé.
Quarto confortável com ar-condicionado e um bom banheiro.

Cons:

Cama de casal pequena.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et l'attention de notre hotesse, la propreté des lieux et l'emplacement, suffisament près de tous les centres d'intérêt et assez loin pour être au calme.

Pros:

The staff was very kind and helpful! Even if English wasn't the strength for some of them, we made it work, with patience and humbleness.
The building is really beautiful, the location is great. Everything was really clean.

Cons:

The beds are really hard!! And the pillows quite flat which is a bad combination. We had to put some blankets on the mattress to make it a bit softer. When you're walking and having busy days, the quality of your sleep is important

O hotel é lindo! O quarto estava muito limpo e organizado. Todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos! A localização é muito boa, fizemos tudo a pé.
