For a 3-star hotel, this is a wonderful hotel. With friendly staff, a clean room and toilet, all the necessary amenities (kettle, tea/coffee, hairdryer, water dispenser), and good location, what is there not to like? Perfect for a night or two in Medan.
Nothing really. In hotels such as these, it will never be fully sound proofed. Yes, there was some noise, but it didn't bother us.
The staff were so patient, kind and helpful! The bed was comfortable and the location was great.

Bath gel. If you could change. Woody scent is also neutral for M/F. Provide more toileteries.

The best hotel in town that you can get for anyone and it's super affordable, the room is very clean and neat, all the facility is well maintained and cleaned. The 131 rooms and suites is the steal deal. The food is also great, theres also roasts & brew coffee lounge to chill here🔥
