In general good price to performance for 3 starts
Pros:

The personal was helpful, the room was overall very clean. The bed was nice, the balnket amazingly nice and soft. The room was well layed out.

Cons:

The pillows were to long. Room had a leaky fossit, the shower has dark spots, looked unclean. They housekeeping kept forgetting to add new towels after they took the used away. Almost no sound isolation.

Pros:

Our room was large and very clean with a nice view over Medan city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The a/c worked well, although was a little noisy. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel was a bit far away from the city centre, but nothing a bus or a Grab couldn't sort
