Great location and clean, close to amenities

Room very small and so hot . There was an air conditioning unit but it sounded like a jet engine. If we opened the window you heard the trains

Don't get it confused with the other hotel
Pros:

Somewhat near Kyoto Station.

Cons:

Small room even for a solo room. Easily confused with the Ekimae branch. No freebies like lotion which is usually a standard on other hotels or was not explained. Checkout is early at 10AM.

Good location, lovely hotel, friendly staff but breakfast and venue very disappointing.
Pros:

Close to rail station , staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Room rather small, the breakfast was very disappointing, its lovely to sample the country’s cuisine but not when it’s set menu and no other options, at other hotels we were able to select and sample the Japanese food and the venue for breakfast was next to the hotel and didn’t come across as very inviting. I think it should mention on the hotel details that it is a Japanese set menu for breakfast so people are aware before paying prior to their visit.
