Exceptionnel !
Pros:

- La gentillesse du couple qui tient l'hébergement
- La propreté, le confort et la décoration de la chambre
- Le balcon équipé d'une table et de deux chaises pour se poser
- La piscine très agréable par fortes chaleurs
- La possibilité de louer un scooter pour se rendre dans le centre
- Le petit déjeuner, très bon

- Le banana pancake est super bon mais un peu petit, ajouter quelques fruits pour avoir un petit déjeuner complet serait super.

Pros:

An amazing place to stay! The hosts are so kind and friendly and make sure you feel right at home. This beautiful accommodation is just away from the busy centre, but still so easy to get around. Bicycles are provided to use and the beach is only a 10-15 minute ride away. Every morning a home made breakfast was provided and was always cooked to perfection. The rooms are clean, well maintained and very comfortable. I could not speak more highly of Blake Villa and the lovely hosts. Thank you so much for having me here!

My mum and her friends had a wonderful stay here for a couple of nights. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The owners were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always happy to accommodate our special requests, which made the stay even more pleasant. We especially appreciated how the owner personally helped carry our luggages.

Although the property is about 3-4km from Hoi An Ancient Town, getting around was easy because bicycles were provided for guests to use. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Great value for money! Kind hosts! Great beds, great sleep!
Pros:

Clean, quiet, good breakfast! The beds! Most comfortable beds I had during my stay in Hoi An. The hosts are very kind and sweet. The room is spacious enough bright and I loved the little balcony. I made use of the free bicycles so the location was also handy for me. I was allowed to check in early!

Cons:

The water in the shower overflows within seconds maybe beed to clean the drain. The lock at sliding door seems to broken and the door switch doesn’t seem to work. That’s all.

Pros:

What a wonderful place run by a lovely couple. We stayed there for several weeks. The large, spacious room, delicious breakfasts and quiet surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. It's close to the beach and a short drive to the old town. You can get there by free bike or rent a scooter. I definitely recommend this place.

Relaxing and calm place
Pros:

The place is very calm, clean and comfortable. Staying there was very relaxing, however I was expecting it to be on a walkable distance from the beach (~25 min by walk) which is impossible with the heat. City center is ~50min - 1h by walk - the street is good and it’s okay to walk there even at night. But keep in mind that you probably need to use a transport to move to the beach and to the Old town.(You can use Indrive - found it much cheaper than Grab for the area or Grab motos).

Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur grande gentillesse ! Nous avons pu profiter gratuitement de vélos et louer un scooter pendant deux jours 🛵, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Le ménage est effectué quotidiennement, tout est impeccable et très bien entretenu. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement !

Petit plus non négligeable : c’est sans doute le meilleur petit déjeuner que nous ayons eu depuis notre arrivée au Vietnam, copieux et complet !

Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Très réactifs. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques tout en étant discrets. L'établissement est d'une propreté irréprochable. La chambre que nous avions était grande, avec une grande baie vitrée, elle disposait d'un bureau et d'un balcon. Décorée sobrement et avec goût. La climatisation était très appréciable. Literie très confortable. Enfin une douche fermée ! ;) Les petits-déjeuners sont bons.
Après avoir passé 2 jours à Hoi An qui est une ville très animée, nous recherchions le calme : nous l'avons trouvé à la villa Blake (qui malgré tout est proche à scooter de la ville de Hoi An). L'immeuble est situé dans un quartier populaire très agréable. Il ne faut pas hésiter à prendre un vélo et se perdre dans les petites rues (vélos et scooters loués sur place). Pas très loin des plages à scooter (nous sommes allées à Hidden beach le deuxième jour : beaucoup moins de monde qu'à An Bang). Et si vous voulez encore plus de calme, la villa dispose d'une piscine ! Je ne peux que recommander la Villa Blake. Nous nous y sommes senties très très bien.

Cons:

La connexion au wifi est lente parfois. Aucun problème pour consulter internet ou aller sur WhatsApp, cependant mon amie qui a dû faire du télétravail a dû reporter ses rendez-vous en visio car la connexion était mauvaise.

Очень хороший отель! Номера с хорошим ремонтом, чистые, оборудованы всем необходимым. Хозяева очень хорошие люди, хорошо говорят по английски и помогут с любым вопросом. В отеле есть бесплатные велосипеды. Хозяин дал мне свой мотоцикл по хорошей цене и без залога. Рекомендую!
