Hotel is in a good location, close to the centre and to the lake. The staff were extremely nice. The breakfast option wasn't amazing but the food itself was nice. The hotel itself is beautiful Inside and out. For the price we paid this was amazing

Pros:

All the electrical outlets are so old and falling apart! Hotel name’s so blurry hard to find!
Closet door ( in our room) need to be fixed to avoid the slam noise even though just a gentle close( wake up every one )

Great on a budget!
Pros:

Older boutique hotel in a convenient location in DaLat. It was quite cool, but not uncomfortable when i visited. No thermostat in the room; then I noticed there’s no HVAC registers either. Floor fan provided for hot days. I slept warm enough with the comforter provided. There was a fire place in the lobby, but that has probably been used last prior to 1954. Lovely view of town from my balcony. Staff could not have been more attentive and eager to help. Breakfast was nice with plenty of fruit and standard VN dishes. You can ask the staff for eggs to order and a small, divided dish of salt & pepper.

We like the hotel, and staff was very friendly and accommodating

Cons:

The room had no fan like it said so we were very hot at night. Breakfast was not as good as it looks. Very basic. Also receptionist tried coming into our room to check someone in while we were still in the room. But the lady was very apologetic about this. But maybe there is a problem with booking system?

Elegant Hotel
Pros:

Great staff, beautiful view over the small valley, great breakfast, convenient from the bus station and an easy walk (even with luggage) - did not know this, but was "ripped off" by a cab driver to take us there (a usual thing about everywhere in Vietnam - the cabies are the worst ambassadors). An elegant hotel that we would recommend to anyone.

A very beautiful hotel in a wonderful location! Super friendly reception staff and security guard!

The quality of cleaning spoils the impression, the rooms are poorly cleaned, the breakfast is very good, the restaurant is beautiful, but you need to do a general cleaning, then it will be the best hotel in Dalat!
