The staff was wonderful and very helpful; 24 hr service ! The room was very clean and breakfast was plentiful. Great location if you don’t mind a short walk to the historic town center ; would definitely recommend.

This is definitely a budget hotel. For what we paid, we received excellent value and service. The rooms were clean (though minimal) - cleaned daily with fresh towels, the staff all very helpful, the breakfast more than adequate, and even though the walk to the downtown core a bit further, (25 min to ponte Vecchio) - it was certainly manageable. Easy to airport.by tram, and bus stops for other travel.

Overpriced for the condition of the hotel and room. One single extremely bright ceiling light and no bedside lamp made going to bed very difficult. Aircon functioned by was quite noisy. Bathroom condition however excellent following refurbishment. Convenient location for 20 min walk into the city. Overnight parking at the property expensive on top of the high room price and also limited. Breakfast (basic) was at least included in the price.

Confortável, limpo, bom café da manhã, funcionários educados. O único ponto negativo é a localização, são mais de 30 minutos a pé do centro, mas tem ônibus fácil de pegar.

The breakfast was great and the room was spacious. Transit in the area was a bit unreliable but not the hotel’s fault. Every available amenity like laundry and luggage holding was an extra 5 Euro which felt a bit excessive (5 for wash, another 5 to dry).

Eu e meu grupo gostamos muito do local. Roupas de cama e banho muito limpas, camas confortáveis, ar-condicionado que esfria bem. Atendimento bom. Eu voltaria e recomendo .

Safe / Quiet / Walkable / Convenient / Amazingly Comfortable Bed

Chambre peu lumineuse, une fenêtre à 3m de hauteur, pas d'équipements, les draps étaient tachés. Salle de bain avec les joints moisis, de l'eau bouillante très compliqué d'en avoir de la tempérée, cuvette des toilettes dévissée, et le bidet fuyait. Des travaux en cours donc réveillés à 7:00. Il faudra compter 30€ pour garer sa voiture dans la cours minuscule où tout le monde passe autour. Petit déjeuner insipide, strict minimum. Seul le personnel agréable remonte la note.

The location was pretty good, about 2 kilometres from the main attractions. The hostel itself is ok for it’s price, although the cleanness was not perfect: there was a big stack of someone else’s hair in my bathroom’s shower wall when I arrived. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all in my room and also my own mobile network worked very poorly in the room. The air conditioning in the room worked very well, which was very important during hot summer days.

The breakfast wasn’t the best, I went there in the first morning just before 10 am (the breakfast ended at 10) and milk and cheese had clearly been on the table for a long time, since the milk was warm and the processed cheese was so melted that I wasn’t able to remove it from its wrapping.

The staff was friendly though, and like I said, the hostel is ok for its price, so if you just need a place to sleep for a couple of nights, the bed was ok and the room was cool during the heatwave, so you are able to get a good night sleep.

Nicht 5-Sternehotel aber es erfüllt den Zweck. Ist zentral gelegen. Personal sehr freundlich.

Great price, but it is a distance away from the sites. There is a bus, but it can be crowded. The rooms are nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful! We liked getting up and walking to sites, but it may be a distance for some people. We were there during a heatwave and the staff were wonderful making sure we had working A/C.

Wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche hat, passt das schon für eine Nacht. Im Bad stinkt es, massenhaft Stechfliegen im Zimmer, extrem spartanische Zimmerausstattung, abgewohnte Zimmer, abenteuerliches Parken im Hof, trockene Croissant zum Frühstück. Der Kaffee war gut und das Personal freundlich.
