ibis Setif Hotel

The hotel is ok - Clean and in a very nice location.
Reception staff were helpful and sweet however when you call front desk you have to try so many times for them to pick up your call.

Imagine it is an emergency 🤔

Need to be prompt and when you promise to call the customer back to update them and give them a time frame please do it - it shows respect and professionalism.

Excellent stay! staff is always at your service, everything is at close proximity and the pool is just fascinating! Thank you all, especially Mr. Khiereddine for his genuine smile, excellent service and for a great weekend.
I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking a quick weekend escape.

I recommand it!The hotel was very nice, perfectly situated and the team was just perfect. The breakfast was complete, one of the best compared to the other ibis hotels. The room was nice with a view on the swimming pool. Some details in the rooms must be improved (the bathroom door lock was broken, the pillows were not too comfortable).

It's a great hôtel with all necessary accomodities. I had m'y check in with an amazing staff full of energy, professional, and good mannered. Thé security is vert well assured, and thé hôtel was extremely above my thoughts. I recommand it highly.

This hotel is one of the most amazing hotels I visited in algeria, it's so clean and calm and the food is so good! I could work from the hotel room, solid network, peace and good AC as as well. Look forward to going there again, my business trips are always fun and this hotel is one of the reasons it is always the case.

The Ibis Hotel in Setif shares the general service standards of Ibis Hotels. But the one at Setif needs attention to the cleanliness of the corridors and the quality of the towels in the bathrooms. The towels were small and thin and the corridor carpets were dirty. The breakfast was good, but with poor coffee.

Vraiment je suis toujours autant satisfaite. Le personnel au top. La direction au top et la responsable adorable et professionnelle. Merci a elle Rokhia et merci a Saad le Staff de nuit... Je recommande.

Petit déjeuner OK. Repas à prendre au Novotel, choix sympa et buffet bien garni.
Les Chambres, c'est Ibis. Wifi ok. Propreté ok. Pour le clame, il faudra repasser, dans les couloirs
,on n'est pas chez soi …. Chaînes de télé, choix réduit.

The staff is very friendly. The laundry service is very fast if you need.
Direct close to the hotel is the restaurant from the novotel. It's very good.
