Check in ; Some stuffs are okey but some of them not. Surely they have to improve their English level.
Air conditioning : I think they are nor clean and gave a air with one smell look like oil burning
Hot water ; Top floora you have but floors like 2nd , you dont have

The staff were really nice , the hotel is located in the city centre of Setif, lots of shops , restaurants around easy to walk to from the hotel. The room was good what I expected , will stay again in this hotel for my next trip to Setif
The room service wasn’t available on that particular day , I was a bit annoyed but otherwise the rest was great

Scanner on mode off, obliging people to a manual control without any respect of privacy.
Receptionist unpleasant bordering on aggressiveness.
The view was very poor, I choosed a view on the park mall, arriving they said there is no view on the mall for families, they are not supposed accept more than 2 people in a room only the rooms on the other side are equiped by sofa that can be used for children.
The experience was bad, I regret having chosen this hotel given the choice available in the region. Knowing that I have had other Novotel experiences that was good.

Room was a little dated aircon switch hanging off wall and sink did not drain.
The staff were professional and responsive.
The lack of enough towels, the lack of enough bed sheets, the poop on the bidet were things to not like.☹️
