Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Manage your expectations and you will be pleasantly surprised. The location is amazing and the price was affordable. I enjoyed breakfast every morning with the medium size selection of Vietnamese food options. The front desk staff does their best to accommodate all guest despite the language barrier. Here are my cons: the lobby is always hot, the elevators are extremely hot, and the gym is hot. I feel like the hotel is trying to conserve energy or save money so the AC doesn’t work in these areas. People smoked in the hallways (or their rooms and you could smell it in the hallways) on two separate occasions. When they say breakfast ends at 0930 they are serious, they even turn the AC off at 0930 in the breakfast area. I called the front desk from a local number asking to be transferred to a room in the hotel and I was hung up on multiple times. When I confronted them in person about the situation they apologized and said they were busy. Would I stay there again, probably not, but I did enjoy the walkability and proximity to EVERYTHING including the beach. Very safe neighborhood with plenty of taxis and Grab services in the front of the hotel.

房間的枕頭套有沒洗乾淨遺留下來的血痕，免費提供的礦泉水是同牌子350ml的，不是500ml的礦泉水，一瓶雖然只要100萬越南盾，但有混搖視聽的感覺！免費早餐我們7點去吃吃到8點，食材都沒有補上，光溜溜的食物盤，有8部電梯，沒有管控，光等電梯時間就要10分鐘，冷氣不冷，叫客房服務來修，等30分鐘以上！

Very good hotel but starting to wear out. They don’t like using the AC in common areas gets quite warm. Great position opposite the beach. Shops, restaurants nearby. Time to up their game to remain competitive at their price. Look around for just as good but cheaper.

The place is surrounded with restaurants. Walk distanace to the beach.
I don't like the hotel is hot in most area inside the hotel. In the hallway, elevator, waiting area create very uncomfortable. I think they did not turn on the A/C. I opt in for buffet breakfast, they don't a lot of selection and it not that good. For 5 star hotel is expect more.
I will not book this place again or recommend.

This hotel is a group tour destination. Two crowded, elevator is frustrating, breakfast is for mass serving style, the area is with traffic congestion. Only good thing is the wide open ocean view from the room and kind staffs.
