Pros:

Rooms clean

Cons:

The Pool too small for big family and there was no trash bag on the room and shower wasn’t good water was dripping out so maybe not coming back.

The staff was amazing and the facilities were perfect for us to get much needed rest.
Pros:

The level of helpfulness of the staff was beyond what we could have asked for. On the way to the hotel we hit a deer and the staff worked with us as I worked to get the car repaired so we could get back on the road.

We might stay here again, if we need adjoining rooms, but we can get the same level of amenities at

The location is perfect, very convenient to the freeway, a lot of shopping, entertainment, the mall, etc. Cleanliness was excellent. We very much appreciated the effort on the part of the staff to ensure that we had an adjoining room with my elderly mother.

Cons:

I was hoping for a better breakfast than cheaper hotels, but it was only so-so. The handicap accessible room for my mom was difficult for her because the beds were too high for her to get in and out of easily, and she couldn't sit on them at all. Hooks for towels and clothing are needed in the bathrooms, where there is plenty of wall space but nowhere to hang things.

We enjoyed our stay and would stop here again.
Pros:

Bacon and eggs and bagel great for breakfast. Liked the comfortable bed, the cleanliness of the hotel.

Cons:

Toilets too low. Great for kindergarteners. If have to have so low...put in a handle. Shower, wonderful and bed very comfortable.

It would have been nice to have a comfortable chair. We had a couch but it was very uncomfortable. Perhaps as fold out that we didn't use.
