A great hotel with great facilities
Pros:

I liked everything about the hotel. Even when I made a mistake in the booking they were able to help me avoid being built twice and they were very helpful.

Cons:

I was completely satisfied with everything that the Hampton Inn has to offer in the future I probably won't book any other type of hotel.

A surprisingly gorgeous hotel, so charming and with everything we could possibly want.
Pros:

I loved everything about these hotels! The location, the cleanliness, the staff, the delicious breakfast, the waffle maker, the ice machine, the free parking, the great surroundings, and close to everything.

Cons:

There's nothing I don't like.

We really enjoyed the facility as well as the brewery and its close proximity. It was a good 9.
Pros:

There was plenty of food and choices however the quality of the frozen eggs were questionable. Obviously pre made. I understand the costs involved in the food prep business so I get it. otherwise it was good.

Cons:

Front desk on arrival was not very attentive. Told us room would be ready in an hour and we returned a little later than the one hour and it was still not ready. She did not greet us on arrival as well.She was on the phone.(seemed personal , not work related.)

Pros:

The hotel is nice, but it doesn't have accommodations suitable for a long period staying . The location is good, and the staff is friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast is pretty basic; I was expecting it to have a homemade feel, considering that the hotel isn't classified as a business hotel. The disposable cutlery at breakfast is out of place.

Stayed at this hotel and it’s excellent. No complaints about the hotel.

Cons:

I was NOT pleased with making my reservation with booking.com. I looked online on the Hampton Inn website and saw the rate of $250 for one night. So, having seen so many Trivago commercials, I clicked on that link which apparently went through booking.com. I was quoted a rate of $189 plus taxes, etc. I thought, oh great, good deal…I sure saved money. WRONG! I called the hotel later (which I should have done sooner) and was given a rate of $173 plus taxes for my stay on 9/10/26. At that point it was too late to cancel my booking through booking.com. So, in addition to having to pay $16 more (which is NOT a bid deal for me), I learned I would not get a credit for staying a night as Hilton Honors Member. I’m not happy with having gone through booking.com and will NOT book through any of its sites.
