These guys are just great! To be honest, I wasn't expecting this... I highly recommend it! This is another place we'll definitely be back to! There's a great brewery right next to the hotel ☺️

First rate experience from the time we walked in the door until checkout. Lovely room, great breakfast, very friendly, helpful staff.
We stayed at this property for 1 night while on a road trip through Vermont. It's in a convenient location in the downtown area, with walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Check in was easy and our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was standard for Hampton.
We enjoyed the stay and would return.
Manchester VT is a charming New England town with so much to offer. I highly recommend staying at The Hampton Inn which is centrally located, reasonably priced, has outstanding staff and the rooms are spotless and comfortable. I booked 10 rooms for guests for my son’s wedding in Manchester in Sept. 2024, and every guest enjoyed their stay. This year when another family wedding was being held in Manchester, I didn’t consider staying anywhere else. Exceptional staff help make the stay all the more wonderful.
The man who checked us in was excellent. The TV in our room stopped working and he was able to fix it while we ran out for supper.

Location & facilities
Pool water was cold & bottom looked dirty.was not crazy about breakfast. Main entries need better quality taste.
The location was perfect, in downtown Manchester, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, updated, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, functional and very well lit.
Based on recent travel experience, it seems all hotels are now using a mattress on a platform style bed (no box spring mattress). I find this style bed to be "hard" with no give. As a side sleeper, a hard bed means I wake up a lot because my arm falls asleep (but not me).
Cleanliness
Clerk would not accept my certified service dog as such, violating numerous ADA guidelines. She then publicly embarrassed me in front of other guests, stating that a Psychiatric service dog does not exist, when they actually do.

Very clean fresh great stay nice accommodations. Friendly staff and hard working employees.
The breakfast should be extended to 10:30 am on weekends especially attending a wedding in Manchester. Also, check out should be 11:30 in lieu of 11:00. Thank you for considering. Family from NY.
