we were there only one night. it was good. the staff are nice.

the room i booked has no window it was terrible, I asked them to change it they refused

That room with out windows is a claustrophobic hole.

Saçma sapan günlük apartların bile gecelik uçuk fiyatlar istediği yerde tam fiyat performans oteli. Gözüme çarpan, şu yok dediğim tek şey su ısıtıcı, bardak vs. Onun dışında bence kalınabilir tekrar gelirsem tercih ederim. Penceresiz bi odaydı fakat çok da dert etmedim. Gözüme çarpan absürt bi nokta yoktu. Ses de gelmedi pek. Rahatlıkla tercih edilebilir.

Ümraniyeyi gezmek için geldik. Çarşıya çok yakın ve fiyatı uygun olduğu için helikon oteli seçtik. Çokta iyi bir seçim oldu, çünkü helikon otelin çalışanları çok nazik, yardımsever, otelin kendisi ise çok temiz, düzenli ve ferah. Güzel bir anı ile veda ettik.
Biz memnun kaldık, tavsiye ediyoruz.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to a metro station and within 20 minutes of walking distance to Medicana Çamlıca Hospital. WiFi connection is good, I had no problem during my online meeting over Zoom. The lobby offers a nice place to meet with a friend, drink tea/coffee, even study. The staff even offered us free desserts and drinks, and made our stay very pleasant. I haven't had any breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. My only remark would go towards cleanliness. The carpets look relatively dirty and the room occasionally smelled of cigarette smoke. I don't know if it is possible that some other guests smoked in their rooms or bathrooms and that the smell reached my room. Other than that, for the price I paid, you can hardly find a better accommodation. Overall my stay was very pleasant.

Mahalle içinde apartmandan bozma otel. asansör kırmızı belge almış. Bizim kaldığımız odada banyo gideri sorunluydu. Tuvalet sifonunda sorun vardı.

Für Familienzimmer etwas zu klein, sonst alles ok.

Einfach fabelhaft.

Nous avons dormis dans une toute petite chambre sans fenêtre alors que sur la réservation dans les photos il y avait bien une fenêtre, la chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos. Impossible de dormir avec le sentiment d'étouffement que l'on ressent. Je ne conseille ni cette hôtel ni expédia qui m'a totalement déçue. Idem pr le petit déjeuner, pas grand chose à manger.

Penceresi havalandırması olmayan bir odaydı. Sabah dus almak istedim ama sıcak suyu yoktu.

Otelin konumu itibari ile çok işlek bir yerde. Dolayısı ile girişte aracınızı hemen park edecek bir yer yok fakat ilgili çalışanlar size yardımcı oluyorlar. Kaldığımız oda ekonomik penceresiz bir odaydı ama genel olarak temiz ve konforlu. Resepsiyonda hızlıca işlemleriniz yapılıyor. Kahvaltı bence gayet yeterliydi. Kablosuz internet bağlantısı da gayet iyi.Şehir içinde kahvaltı dahil uygun bir otel aranıyorsa tavsiye ederim.

We had a nice stay at the hotel... The staff were friendly and cooperative...the room was clean and neat with daily housekeeping. The hotel location was also excellent as it is near market and can easily reach anywhere.
