Other than the Over Charge I would definitely stay at Fairfield again.
Pros:

Clean and friendly staff. However I was over Charged for 1 room. I prepaid through Booking.com in July. I checked my credit card and discovered I was charged again. I contacted Fairfield at 9 am, was told the manager would call me back. I called back around 4pm spoke to Devon who said he was the manager. He said he saw the payment and the additional charge, however I needed to contact Booking.com and have them contact him to confirm the payment. Very Frustrating. Still waiting for charge to be reversed.

This hotel is in a great location in the Dells and room was comfortable and met our needs.
Pros:

The location was perfect for where we needed to be. There is a local restaurant we like to go to (Del Bar) and it was within walking distance. The room met our needs and was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

It was really loud the night we stayed. It seemed like there were a lot of people, likely children, running and jumping above us. It was extremely crowded in the breakfast area and there was nowhere to sit. I felt like the breakfast was acceptable, but not great.

Everything was great. We enjoyed the spacious area to play games with family. Only issue was the refrigerator- it wouldn’t stay cold. We had to keep pushing the button.
