Would happily stay here again.
Pros:

Lovely outdoor bath on the deck balcony with a nice table and chairs to sit in the breeze and fresh air.
Good elevator. The hot soak on the balcony after a long day was really nice. (The room also had an indoor wet room shower & separate bath also ).
The staff were very nice and willing to help.
Close to the train and about 1km walk to the old quarter and Ohara museum.

Cons:

If you expect a brand new property you may be disappointed. But if you realise it’s an older hotel ( but very clean) then your expectations will be met.

Very good location close to station and old city.
Pros:

- Very close to the train station and the old town.
- Room was bigger than usual for a Japanese Hotel
- Breakfast was quite good.
-Onsen was a plus.

Cons:

—It took the reception over 30 min. to find our reservation, during which we we were asked to wait but weren’t even offered a glass of water!
- The bathroom is tiny.

部屋が思いのほか広かった。大浴場がある点も評価できる。

Cons:

事前にカード決済が済んでいたのに、チェックインで二重に宿泊料を取られた。すぐに、誤りであると認められて返金処理はしてくれた。

良かったです。
Pros:

駅が近く連泊には都合が良かったです。美観地区や、飲食店まで歩いて行けます。
ベッドのマットレスが良いので、ぐっすり眠れました。
スタッフの方々は優しい方々でした。
お部屋も清潔でした。

Cons:

入り口の香水がキツすぎて、食事中にも気になります。香水は好き嫌いがあるので適度でいいと思います。
ロビーのインテリアを減らして、レイアウトで、もう少し落ち着いた感じにして、お土産ブースを広げたら素敵になる気がします。

Cons:

部屋数に対しての風呂の広さやエレベーターの数に問題があり、快適でなかった。夜は風呂が混み合っていたり、エレベーターが一台しかなく待ち時間があった。スタッフの接客は良かった。

エレベーターを増設してほしい
Pros:

朝食が美味しかった。特にお刺身とか海老飯は想像の遥か上をこえてた。

エレベーターが一機しかなくロビーで混んでいて毎回エレベーターを使用した時も不便でした。
