What a nice staff and hotel stay.
Pros:

What a hotel and a lovely, helpfull and kind staff.
The reception, the Spa, the breakfast and nog to forget the interieur staff.
Great place to explore more of Baskenland. I would recommend it very much.

Cons:

We have two recommandation to the management: order an extra coffee machine 😉

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et literie très confortable. Vue sur l'océan au calme. L'accès à la thalasso inclus avec 6 bassins, hammam, sauna et massages sur rdv. Le tout d'une excellente qualitée.

La cama muy grande en proporción a la habitación. La terraza muy amplia y con hamacas. La zona de baños/spa muy bien. La ubicación excelente. Desayuno normal

Nous sommes revenus une deuxième fois sur le chemin du retour car nous étions très satisfaits de notre passage à l’aller deux semaines avant
Nous avons pris une chambre un peu moins chère : pas de vue mer, mais nous avions quand même une vue partielle. Le grand lit était toujours aussi génial. Pas de baignoire jacuzzi forcément puisque chambre moins chère, mais une douche avec des jets de massage.
Pour tout le reste identique à la fois précédente, super petit déjeuner, gentillesse du personnel, accès au spa, super chouette aussi

El espacio exterior, la ducha y la habitación en general

Cons:

Si no bajas a primera hora a desayunar, los productos se acaban y no reponen, por lo que la mitad de las cosas no quedaban.

Pros:

Todo fenomenal, la ubicación inmejorable. Al lado de la playa. El spa está muy bien.

Cons:

Bajamos a cenar a las 22:00 y nos dijeron que ya habían cerrado la cocina. La habitación un poco pequeña, aunque suficiente y limpia.

Pros:

Good breakfast, comfortable beds, good size rooms and bathrooms. Walking distance to the beach. Good choice for dinner in the local restaurant, which was very practical for us as we stayed only one night and didn't want to go out.

Cons:

Found hair from previous guests in the shower. Photos in booking.com were giving impression of a quite place. Hotel is however located on the main road to the public beach and near to other hotels. So if your room is facing the road - it is very loud, feeling of being in the middle of the town. Pay attention to book a room facing garden.
