Barista kaffe till frukost var över förväntan!
Receptionens personal suckade väldigt mycket när vi hade kontakt med dem så vi kände oss inte så välkomna.
Rummet var väldigt varmt!

Bar/nightclub right outside the windows - almost impossible to sleep until after 3am (even with earplugs)

Small room but everything needed for comfort

Great location for visiting all the sights in Tirana. Rooms are a bit tight. Breakfast is delicious with many fresh options. Good value, too.

My room was quiet and more than adequate, so good value.

Our flight arrived 9 hours later than expected, so we didnt arrive until 12am. I contacted the hotel and they were very accomodating, gave us instructions for a late check in and sent a cab to pick us up from the airport.
I was expecting 1 family room but recieved 2 side by side rooms. Our kids are old enough so didnt bother us, but i was surprised that it was 2 rooms.
Breakfast was amazing, and lunch in the pizza restaurant was delicious.
All staff was very friendly.
Only big negative was the noise from down the street. I didnt sleep very well. Good if your looking for a party scene.

Tyvärr väldigt hög musik hela natten från intilliggande nattklubb.
Vårat rum luktade avlopp och dörren till rummet lossnade/ häktades av när vi skulle ut. Mycket slitet överlag.

The service was excellent on all levels- very helpful receptionists, polite and speedy service in the restaurant, outstanding cleaning of rooms! This is a wonderful hotel that is conveniently located- will recommend it to all my friends traveling to Albania!

Very small room but comfortable and clean with good breakfast. Check it person very nice.

Great little hotel

Hotellet hade bra läge. Gångavstånd till det mesta. Personalen var jätte trevliga och vi fick väldigt bra bemötande.

The location is very convenient for the city centre and lots of eating options, but finding parking nearby is problematic. The rooms were fine, if a little shabby, and there was the (typical Albanian?) smell from the plumbing.

Breakfast was not very fresh, but excellent coffee!

A safe in the rooms would be an improvement

L ingresso dell hotel è inquietante pare di rntrare in unonostello poi una volta arrivati all interno la situazione megliora non lo considereei un 4 stelle ma più un 3 stelle

hotel carino, ottima posizione, personale molto cortese e disponibile, colazione nella media. Unica grande pecca è che il sabato (negli altri giorni della settimana no) la musica del vicino locale entra letteralmente in camera e prima dell'una di notte è impossibile dormire.

Inmejorable ubicacion y desayuno. El hotel tenía problemas con cañerías y olía a cloaca en todo PB
