Super kurz Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ich hatte ein anderes Zimmer, als meine Kollegin, meins war sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Zudem war das Essen im Restaurant einfach lecker!

Ruhiges und professionelles Hotel mit Ausblick auf die Schifffahrt
Pros:

Vom Check-In mit sehr freundlichem Person bis zum Check-out alles sehr flüßig und durchdacht. Wir wollten ruhig anreisen und uns entspannt auf ein Treffen mit Freunden vorbereiten. Die Zimmer waren sehr gräuming und maritime Fanns mit der APP können auch die Schiffe am Kanal bewundern undn die Zeit auf der kleinen Terasse verbringen. Alles war sehr sauber und geräumig, selbst das Badezimmer. Ebenerdige Dusche und genug Ablage für 2 Personen. Vor dem Hotel gibt es einen Parkplatz und der Zugang mit Gehhilfen passiert von der Kanalseite aus. Der Glasfahrstuhl mit Blick auf den Kanal ist ein schönes Feature. Nach einem Spaziergang durch die Altstadt waren wir noch am Samstag in der Bar, die von der Rezeption aus bedient wird. Bis zum späten Abend gibt es auch ein Hotelrestaurant, das wir nicht besucht haben, da wir auch kein Frühstück brauchten.

Cons:

Das einzige kleine Manko war die kleine Getränkekarte in der Bar, jedoch war das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis normal.

Comfortable, clean, big car park, it was a very short visit so cant say too much.

Cons:

Quality of information-I was inforned about restaurant openings hours and after arrival (very long journey) was told that restaurant is closed. Also no possibility to have some breakfast take away when leaving early or at least hot water and tea/coffee not available.

Alltid trevligt att besöka Kiel-kanalen men det var inte optimalt den här gången.
Pros:

Frukosten vr bra. Där fanns allt vad jag önskade.

Cons:

Jag ville ha ett rum med öppen utsikt över kanalen då jag vill fotografera fartyg som färdas på kanalen. Jag fick bekräftat att jag skulle få ett sådant rum. Men jag fick ett rum som inte hade fri/öppen utsikt över kanalen. Min huvudavsikt med resan var att fotografera fartyg men nu lyckades det inte 100%-igt.

Außergewöhnlich schöner Aufenthalt, hier stimmt alles, komme gerne wieder!
Pros:

Mit Blick auf den Kanal haben wir in einem perfekt eingerichteten Zimmer einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt erlebt. Trotz der Größe des Hotels haben wir uns beim sehr zuvorkommenden Personal persönlich umsorgt gefühlt! Ganz besonders hat uns die Atmosphäre im Restaurant beeindruckt. Der Service macht Spaß, die kreativen Speisen sind sehr gut und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter hinterlässt einen nachhaltigen positiven Eindruck. Auch im Frühstücksraum, ebenfalls mit Blick auf den Kanal, wurde ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet gereicht. Der Kaffee war sehr gut! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überall. - Die Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel waren übrigens kostenlos.

Cons:

Leider ging das Duschgel im Bad zur Neige, aber an der Rezeption sprintete eine nette Dame sofort los, um Abhilfe zu schaffen. Ansonsten war wirklich alles in Ordnung!
