Good service good staff

Absolutely disgusting. Damp, mould, dirty bedding, shared bathrooms.. should be illegal. Needed to leave ASAP and had to shower at my next hotel straight away as i felt so gross. The mattress was in extremely bad condition - springs were so so thick and deep and all over, didnt know a mattress could get THAT bad
Expedia needs to take responsibility and stop selling us stuff like this.

Place was hard to find but I made it after few encounter with other hotel staff who point the direction.
Stayed was normal budget hostel you've had expected. Room 205 deal with roadside noise and cockroach as well as AC was 30 degrees all the time (might be different remote they gave me) Apart from that, it's ok since I only booked emergency 1 night stay. If longer, I would prefer another option. It says RM20 per night including fees but you'll be charged additional RM2 plus another RM20 deposits which reimbursed only RM19 during checkout. Reimbursed in RM1 bank note which not everyone will count at the counter. I keep it saperate and later discovered this. It's all prepared before she hand it over to you. Deliberate or unintentional only God knows best.

booked through hotels.com, but told by reception it's fully booked. been transferred to other guesthouse but again call back and told there's room with internal bathroom but different price. played around with price. expat tourists charges not included.

I had a great time, guest house have great service & atmosphere. I will definitely be back. The staff was so wonderful.

Staff mesra dan pandai melayan customer. Staff pandai memberikan pilihan yang terbaik untuk customer . Kebersihan ok . Katil agak lama sampaikan sy rasa sangat spring katil. Cadar bertompok . Bantal sangat nipis. Tidak sesuai . Selimut kecil dan nipis . Tuala tidak disediakan di dalam bilik tetapi perlu minta di kaunter .pintu agak susah untuk dibuka dan ditutup. Perlu menyediakan tempat utk menggosok . Terima kasih . Saya berpuas hati.

The room was in a bad shape. I didn't even stay in that room. Not recommended.

Awful awful awful...! We only booked this as our flight was late at night and we wanted to shower and do our final packing in the room. We were shunted from hotel to hotel, all of them getting progressively worse. Cockroaches everywhere!!! We didn't even want to put our clothes down on the bed as it looked like it was infested. Soooo glad we didn't book this to sleep in - you'd be better off on the streets! Honestly! Trust me!

Everything is nice and ok especially the location from guesthouse to Bukit Bintang is so near. The female staff (long brown hair) is so friendly and always fulfill my request. I am satisfied with the only air-con, bed and private bathroom although the rooms a bit old and the cupboard already looks damage.

We didnt stay.bec. we found the place very nesty.smell auwful and very noisy around.

hotel is nice, also location near to shopping malls, staff coopertative, famous location near to walk, area good for solo couple.. near to cheap shops for shopping also branded shops near to mall of Pavillion Farhan H and Lots 10... also good things is near is LRT and MRT stations as well as bus station.. i recommend to other to and I'm really happy with this trip supper nice great ... hotel also clean wifi is soooo good for browsing and downloading..
only 1 suggestion for them we miss TV in room otherwise okay supper on this rate..

The location is nice and the receptionist was friendly. It is located in an area with other guest houses. The room had an air conditioner, chair, and bed.

Saying that, the room had a smell. The bed linen had holes. The walls looked stained from tobacco smoke. The communal bathrooms lacked warm water and toilet paper. I can stay in a lot of places, but I didn't feel safe at this location. After checking-in and seeing the room/toilet, I immediately left and searched for another hotel. I didn't feel safe sitting on the furniture and using the wifi so I just walked. There could be nicer rooms, but the pictures on the Orbitz site and what I saw in person vast drastically.
