A bit disappointed.
Pros:

The staff were very kind and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

The room was very cold and the air conditioning wasn’t enough to warm the room. The humidity in the room was so high that all our belongings were humid. We were freezing.

Sa Pa basecamp
Pros:

Hot water in the shower and AC works properly for heating.
Location is perfect for all activities around Sa Pa. 24 reception works which is great when arriving with sleeper bus.

Cons:

Staying 3 days but no one ever cleaned our room or changed towels. Breakfast was quite poor. You have choice of omelette or noodle soup. Nevertheless the soup was really good.

Superior Hotel
Pros:

We loved the large clean room with comfortable bed, large seating area with picture window, and awesome breakfast.
Also we appreciated being allowed to store our bicycles inside out of the weather.
Most of all, it's because of the owner that this place deserves its superior rating. Hoi, made our stay very enjoyable and catered to all our needs. He was also very helpful with suggestions for local activities, restaurants and making a reservation at another hotel at our next stop.

Pros:

Although this hotel is very close to the centre, its in a quiet location. The owners are very friendly and hospitable and even invited me for their family meal on a Sunday for a birthday celebration. The hotel had a very relaxing vibe and my room was clean, comfortable and very spacious with incredible mountain views. I also enjoyed their breakfast offering. Overall I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay here.

Très bon séjour.
Pros:

Très belle chambre, spacieuse et confortable. Le personnel est très agréable. Nous sommes arrivés vers 9 h par le bus de nuit et nous avons pu prendre la chambre vers 11 h au lieu de 14 h.Petit-déjeuner varié. Bel emplacement. Merci pour ce séjour.

Pros:

The owner was very nice and friendly.
There was hot water in the shower.

Cons:

The room didn’t feel fully ready. We didn’t have water and tea and we had used hand soap of previous guests. The owner solved it very quickly though.
The room was cold and damp, when we arrived. The room was spacious, so it took some time to heat it up with AC. But next day the room was already nice and warm.

Excellent personnel, très serviable, arrangeant et extrêmement gentil ! L’emplacement géographique ainsi que la chambre très propre, calme et confortable sont vraiment tout ce qu’il fallait pour passer un agréable séjour à Sa Pa :)

가성비 짱이고 사장님 너무 친절해요.

사장님이 너무 친절하세요.
늦은밤 체크인인데도 웃는얼굴로 문까지 뛰어나오셔서 짐도 받아주시고 엘베없는 3층까지 짐도 옮겨주셨어요. 사장님 말고도 호텔서 만나는 분들 다 웃는 얼굴이고 친절했어요!
그리고 조식 쌀국수가 대박맛있어요!!!

Cons:

객실이 깨끗하진않습니다. 벌레도 간단히있고 욕실도 좀...위생 신경쓰시는 분들은 추천드리지않습니다. 그럼에도 이 가격이라면 1박 정도는 괜찮을 것 같습니다.
그리고 구글에 나오는 위치가 실제랑 좀 다르고 입구가 애매해요. 처음 찾아갈때 좀 헷갈리니 구글로드맵 돌려보고 가세요!!

Pros:

Staff is what made the greatest difference. They were always there ready to help. Over and above anything you would expect. During closings from all the mudslides they helped me rearrange all my tours and my flights. I really appreciate them. They also provided my driver with road condition updated on my way to SaPa. Breakfast was hot and ready and delicious each morning.

Pros:

Staff was helpful… not easy to find initially as Grab dropped us at the wrong spot and we had to call the hotel to pick us up (which they did!). Nice location, amazing view with solid dining options in the area. Loved the cats and the lovely breakfasts.
