Die Lage, das Ftühstück, die Sauna

Cons:

Zimmerservice teilweise minimalistisch, teilweise erst nach 15.00 Uhr.
Minibar funktioniert nicht, Getränke werden gegen Gutschein an der Bar ausgegeben.
Strandanzeiger nur noch in der App.
Wir waren zum dritten Mal dort, leider in allen Bereichen nachlassend.

Wow - Fantastisch - Wunschlos glücklich
Pros:

Zimmer ist ein Traum, das Bett himmlisch weich, die aller hochwertigsten Pflegeprodukte, toller Gymbereich. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Der Check In war persönlich und man bekommt ein Willkommensdrink gereicht. Einfach klasse.

Es war wirklich ein rundum toller Aufenthalt, besonders das Personal war überaus engagiert, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Wenn man einen Makel suchen möchte, ist die Entfernung zur anderen Restaurants in Wyk evtl. Etwas weit. 25 Minuten Fußweg, ist aber auch machbar.

Wie beim letzten Mal sehr schön und erholsam.
Pros:

Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem Haus und waren sehr zufrieden. Ob Frühstück oder Service war alles bestens. Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch und der Spa Bereich klasse.

Sehr positiv bis auf das zimmerbad
Pros:

Haus sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Bades im Zimmer war leider nicht besonders durchdacht: Regendusche ist eher ein Platzregen der das komplette Bad unter Wasser setzt, der andere Duschkopf hängt viel zu niedrig und ist leider nicht höhenverstellbar . Die Badewanne ist ungewöhnlich hoch und macht somit den Ausstieg extrem schwierig da zudem eine Haltemöglichkeit fehlt . Aber der absolute Hammer ist der Föhn!! Ein Billigmodell und zu allem Überfluss auch noch in einer Schublade befestigt sodass ein föhnen vor dem Spiegel unmöglich ist - ein No Go in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie

Es ist das Rund um Wohlfühl-Programm!

Cons:

Leider funktionierte die Heizung auf dem Zimmer nicht. Besonders ärgerlich, auch nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage passierte nichts. Es war dadurch im Januar etwas sehr kalt und ungemütlich auf dem sonst so schönem Zimmer.
