Pros:

Bastante tranquilo, disfrute el tiempo que estuve, dormí cómodamente.
Me encantó que no hubiera ruido, escandalo, relajo. Fue todo súper bueno.
La chica que nos atendió en restaurante bastante amable. Servicial. Atenta.

Al momento del check IN
1. Poco amable el chico de recepción.
2. Demoro bastante para cobrar, entregar habitación.
3. De por si ya llegamos tarde y esperamos ( en realidad, nunca entendí porque no nos cobrará rápido y entregará habitación).
4. Solo nos dijo donde estaba. Nosotros buscamos la habitación. Quizá por experiencia y no conocer nada nosotros. Debió guiarnos.
5. No pretendo comer de gratis, pero si tampoco sentí cómodos sus precios en restaurante. Comimos, disfrutamos, pero si sobrevalorado sus precios de menú. Gaste más de Q2,00.00 solo 3 almuerzos, 3 cenas y bebidas. Para 2 adultos y un niño.

Cómo sugerencia, quizá deberían REEVALUAR su menú. Porque les puede ir poco a poco matando su restaurante. Y no es porque no pueda pagar. Sino porque como me gusta viajar, se comparar precios.

La comida, felicitamos al Chef, la seguridad por la noche del guardia, limpieza del cuarto, y las instalaciones, la flexibilidad para usar las instalaciones antes de la hora, y el personal muy amable. Agradecidos.

la pasamos genial
Pros:

las piscinas me gustaron muchísimo super limpias y tamaño perfecto justo nos quedo una mas pequeña frente a nuestra habitación y eso fue lo mejor, el personal estuvo atento y muy amables.
las toallas que se pueden cambiar toda vez estén mojadas eso es genial.
las instalación y los paisajes nos parecieron geniales

no me pareció el precio de la comida en el restaurante es demasiada cara y en relación con lo que sirven no esta acorde y nos dimos cuenta que no solo nosotros pensamos lo mismo escuche un grupo de jóvenes conversándolo también.
