Pros:

Hannah along with other staff from Guest relations was fantastic and welcoming. She was visible during breakfast to provide advice and a positive start for every day. The staff at the Spa were also lovely and helpful throughout our stay.

The bath towels are too small and they will not provide you with even one extra towel. I really need one for my hair and one for my body. My husband had to live without a towel because I used both and the hotel staff refused to give us one extra

Pros:

Location is brilliant- hotel is right opposite the beach. To get to the main town (Dragon Bridge area) you have to get a taxi, but it's not that expensive.
We had two rooms the Ocean View Room and then we moved to a normal double room. Ocean view room view was amazing and it has a massive balcony with seating.

Mini mart next door, which was convenient.

Cons:

Ocean View Room- there was white hairs on the floor from previous guest. The flooring is dark wood, so this was very obvious. It was clear the room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom- beautiful, but the bath-tub was not very practical. There was no separate shower cubicle. The curtain to cover bath and the blinds between bathroom and room was stained, so looked dirty. The pressure in the shower was not high and the temperature of the water was cold (we were on floor 13).
Double room- much better, looked clean and the bathroom had a shower cubicle (no bath) with good water pressure and the temperature was fine. Only downside for this room was there wasn't much of a view.

I didn't like that they called the room before 12 midday check out time to remind us that check out is at 12. If anything they should call if we were late in checking out.

Pros:

Great staff. Nice big room. Lots of facilities.

Cons:

I had a beachfront room with balcony. Very noisy-I could not stay on balcony too long and also sometimes got woken up from the noise.

Location is what you are paying for. Would stay again.
Pros:

Large selection for breakfast. Excellent balcony with direct view of the beach and the nightlife at the restaurants on the beach. Pool was fine and the staff were attentive and friendly.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little small and the shower was over the bath. Okay for us, but maybe not so good for those who are a bit older.

Pros:

The breakfast was great. A large selection. The location across from the beach would have been nicer but for the noise. The street behind the hotel was full of lovely restaurants, spas and grocery stores. You’ll need to catch taxis or grabs to get to a lot of sites in da Nang so this location is ideal if you like the beach.

Cons:

Across the road each evening EDM music played, which I could clearly hear despite being on the 11th floor. Also a repetitive advertisement from a motorbike food vendor. It was like a loud chant over and over and over again. These two things really marred our stay.

Great hotel to stay
Pros:

Staf really friendly, helpful and excellent. This hotel near pharmacy, mini mart and beach. Its very good spot to stay. Breakfast also have many choice.
