La vista a la playa, el desayuno, la ubicación.
Esta en frente de bares, y una avenida. Se escucha todo a la noche, musica, autos.. Es una pena pagando un hotel de esta categoria que no haya doble vidrios en los balcones para mejor la insonorizacion

- You couldn't shower in the big bath without spilling water everywhere on the floor.

Dobra lokalizacja przy samej plaży. Mieliśmy apartament z widokiem na morze na 16 piętrze. Czysto i wygodnie. Miła i pomocna obsługa.
Brak deski do prasowania i żelazka. Pomimo zakwaterowania 3 osób, kilkukrotnie musieliśmy się dopominać o odpowiednią ilość ręczników oraz wody. Restauracja nie przygotowana na zwiększone obłożenie hotelu. Śniadania przeciętne jak na 4*.
The staff were helpful and charming and breakfast was extensive. It was great being across the road from the beach
Even in a side room high above the street, the noise at night was pervasive. The bed was very hard and not the most comfortable. Smoking was allowed around the pool which then blew into the bar

Female hotel check in staff were friendly along with the door man. Male check in staff less Friday
Not great value for money, hotel feels dated
Lots of other visitors in the hotel were Indian which was a cultural clash on things at times. Not the hotels fault i guess but social etiquette in public spaces/elevators, queues for breakfast etc and waiting in turn for things was gone which became a challenge at times which lead to a poor stay.
Not very clean in the room as plates and stuff in the cupboard were not cleaned.
Having to wait while our room was checked for damage felt like we were criminals, I’ve never had to wait for 15mins while someone goes up and checks we have not stolen anything.
Minibar was crazy expensive compared to hanoi and HCM city
la piscine est magnifique mais plus petite qu'elle ne parait sur l'annonce booking ! en revanche bassin enfants idéal pour les petits qui ne nagent pas !
