Schönes Hotel am Rande der Altstadt und super Personal
Pros:

Die Lage für die Besichtigung der Altstadt ist top, fussläufig ist man innerhalb zehn Minuten in der Altstadt, innerhalb zwanzig Minuten an der Via Toledo. Das Zimmer ist absolut ruhig, geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück ist okay, könnte jedoch mehr gesunde Dinge beinhalten wie mehr Obst oder mehr Gemüse. Hervorzuheben ist die nette Dame an der Rezeption, leider weiß ich den Namen nicht mehr, die wirklich alles bestens erklärt hat, das Parken und bereitstellen des Mietwagens super organisiert und wirklich sehr freundlich war.

Cons:

Die Lage an sich ist spät abends eher nicht zu empfehlen, da das Hotel doch in relativer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und dem rauen Stadtteil Forcella ist. Tagsüber und am frühen Abend ist das alles jedoch überhaupt kein Problem.

Buona posizione dell’hotel
Pros:

Struttura ben posizionata, personale della reception molto cordiale e professionale, un plauso particolare a Roberta per la sua totale disponibilità e professionalità

Cons:

Colazione non all’altezza di un 4 stelle( personale non sempre molto cordiale) manutenzione della stanza non impeccabile ( carta da parati staccata in alcuni punti, cassaforte non funzionante, scarico del lavandino lento)

Perfecto
Pros:

La habitación muy amplia y cómoda .
La situación del hotel muy cerca de la estación central y en pleno centro antiguo.
El personal excelente. Especialmente Martina que nos dio varias indicaciones muy útiles .
El desayuno variado completo y fresco . Muy bien atendido.
Y la ciudad es muy vibrante. Nos sorprendió mucho . Encantados de disfrutar cuatro días allí.

Nápoles es muy inseguro, no se puede salir de noche ya que te atracan. A nosotros nos atracaron en la esquina del hotel.

Pros:

La taille de la chambre, la literie et l'efficacité et la sympathie de l'ensemble des équipes.
Tant celle de la réception (Martina et Robbie, hyper généreuses en bons conseils, le jeune homme de la fin de soirée toujours souriant, même quand rencontré par hasard en dehors de l'hôtel), que celles du petit déjeuner (le buffet et les oeufs préparés minute juste excellents) et du ménage (chambre impeccable tous les jours).
On a adoré notre séjour, merci à vous tous ❤️

Cons:

Le papier de toilette trop fin (mais c'est juste pour trouver quelque chose qui objectivera tout le bien qu'on pense de tout le reste 😉)
