Pros:

Bien fleuri, la taille de la chambre ( nous avions la suite), la salle de bain confortable, la propreté.

Cons:

Les employés tout le temps sur le téléphone ( un fléau hélas dans trop d’hôtels au Vietnam)

Séjour bruyant, pas reposant. Dommage !
Pros:

La chambre spacieuse et assez bien équipée, le très grand lit comfortable.
Le choix et la qualité des produits servis au petit-déjeuner.
La gentillesse de la plupart du personnel, surtout les femmes de ménage.

Cons:

- Les bruits de musique et annonces très fortes venants de l'extérieur, très tôt le matin même le week-end et jusqu'à très très tard la nuit.
- La salle de bain vieillotte et manque de lumière et clarté surtout au niveau du lavabo.
- Les rideaux méritent d'être nettoyés car ils sont poussiéreux et sentent beaucoup le tabac malgré que nous avons demandé une chambre non fumeur

No Service and will no communication with you or try to help
Pros:

If your a westerner not the place for you far away from Hanoi city and different staff at reception every day young and on their phones
No communication or greetings & the room next door had door open talking loud and smoking which is not a loud
Every night 9pm and 5am loud music from park across the road with people dancing super loud.

bữa sáng tại tầng 4 khách sạn đã bao gồm trong tiền phòng, phòng ốc rộng rãi, hỗ trợ check in trễ cho khách bay muộn, nhân viên thân thiện
