Instalaciones mejorables
Pros:

La ubicación al lado del puerto de Tomari para coger el ferry a las islas Kerama. También tenía cerca la calle comercial kokusai dori.

Cons:

La habitación olía fuerte a humedad, pedimos cambio y el una chica del personal nos acompañó a enseñarnos alguna habitación más pero tenían el mismo problema. La solución que nos propusieron fue facilitarnos un deshumidificador pero no lo solucionó.

3 kişilik odada 3. Kişi için konulan şilte çok kötü, kahvaltıda sadece kendi yörelerine ait seçenekler mevcut. Örneğin omlet ya da haşlanmış yumurta domates salatalık peynir seçeneği yok, kahvaltı ödememize rağmen 1 gün bile yeyemedik. Ve maalesef odamızda çok ağır rutubet nem kokusu mevcuttu.

次もぜひ泊まりたい。
Pros:

プールが最高でした。
ラウンジでアルコール、コーヒー、飲み放題。
子供にはアイスやスープ、パンなどもあり、とてもよかった。
バブルシャワーも素敵でした。マッサージ機の貸し出しも良かったです。

ナイトプールの選べるカクテルが、映えだけで美味しくなかった。

Se for pegar ferry em Tomari , vale muito a pena .
Pros:

Localização boa , perto do Porto de Tomari .
Tem lojas de conveniência , izakaya perto .Café da manhã muito bom , muita variedade, pães , frutas , pasta e pizza feito na hora .

Cons:

O quarto que pegamos tinha 18metros quadrados, achei muito apertado . Não tinha nem espaço pra abrir as malas .
Depois das 19:00 a piscina é paga . Paguei ¥4500 , 1 adulto e 1 criança . A piscina estava com a água muito gelada .

Needs improvements for a proper guest experience.
Pros:

I stayed one night to be close to the ferry port for an early morning departure. This hotel was a 2 min walk away and priced below the other similar hotels in the area. The reviews seemed good so I went with it. I liked the idea of a rooftop pool but as others mention it’s only available during the day for free and it’s small with limited seating and space to relax. The view is nice from the pool area. The room I had a corner twin was decent size and comfortable. Reflective of a 3 star room. The attached parking is nice if you have a SMALL and low rise car. It’s an automated system so if there’s a lot Of people at the same time it could be very slow. But it was reasonably priced for the convenience of the port access.

Cons:

The property is completely inflexible for early check in. They didn’t even check to see if the room was available they just said no. Most hotels at least check and try to accommodate whenever possible. So it was a very cold and unpleasant welcome. So of course at 3pm there’s everyone in line to checkin. I had paid the charge for use of the lounge. While a nice concept it was underwhelming and what was on offer was not great. Bad coffee, limited sodas etc. The snacks did not look good. I didn’t have the breakfast but the area was very busy at 9am so I’m kind of glad I didn’t. Overall lots of room for improvement to enhance the guest experience.

It was fun!

Pool but sad we had to pay extra and kids were allowed after a certain hour. Some adult only time would have been good.
