The room was clean, staff friendly and amenties to satisfaction

The unit was exceptionally clean, the sleeper couch on the other hand is very dated

Pool was amazing, bar had good beer on tap. Bed was very comfortable!

Weather was not ao great, but the kids enjoyed heated pool.

Check in was seamless and easy. No issues. 10/10
Unit was clean in general. Curtains were dirty. Had black marks on it. 1 bulb in the lounge was broken. Prop in the bathroom basin was missing. Drain pipe was tied with plastic.
We had booked for 2 adults and 2 kids. There was 1 duvet and 1 sheet less. We brought it to the attention of the reception. They tried to get hold of 'Top Destination' who were apparently unable to get hold of their housekeeping staff. They were supposed to have called me but DID NOT! I called after more than 30 minutes and the guy says that they are sorting out the issue. Absolutely no regret for treating paying guests in this way, making them wait, not keeping them in the loop. Apology was half hearted and insincere. Just to try to get me of his case.
I'm terribly disappointed! Seems like owners are only interested in making money whilst upkeep of their unit and guest comfort is not of any kind of concern to them.

チェックイン時フロントの対応も良く、部屋も綺麗でした。
チェックアウトは翌朝10時ですと言われました。
ところが翌朝8時に、突然部屋の電気が全て止まりました。
フロントに確認したところ10時まで停電と言われました。
トラブルでは無く、何かの切り替え工事が原因だったようで、それならまえもって把握していたのだから、事前に通告しておくべきだと思います。フロントに問い合わせたところ、謝罪の言葉もなく、残念でした。停電以降、エアコンがつかえず、部屋の温度があがり、蒸し暑くなりました。とても不快な思いをしました。

フロントの対応はとてもフレンドリーで安心。
ところが部屋のシャワールームに換気扇がなく廊下側の窓が開いていました。
そのためシャワールームや部屋に虫、特に蚊が合計7匹もいてとても不快でした。
小さな子供もいたため、虫を全て駆除するまで1時間以上かかりとても大変でした。
窓が開いているのでトイレの音も、部屋での会話も、廊下に漏れてしまいます。

Firstly i was not informed about the check out time and than was rushed to check out by the cleaners for the room and secondly the towels that were given to me all had funny red and yellow stains on them which was not nice at all.

Was awesome, just wish they had more halaal catering restaurants in house and front desk staff needs to be more educated with bookings and efficiencies
The resort was beautiful and i will definitely be back

This is a private apartment within Breakers.
The room was quite spacious and had all the necessary amenities (Glasses, plates, microwave, fridge etc.)
Lee, the owner continuously kept in touch at the start and end of the stay to make sure everything was good. Much appreciated

The only downside was that the towels are only washed every 3rd day! I understand the need to conserve water but towels need to be washed daily for hygienic purposes.

I would definitely stay here again.

The unit was clean, well maintained with modern furniture. The host kept in contact to check if everything was in order. Everything about the unit is exactly as advertised

Great family destination, the room never disappointed. will definitely be back soon. We loved the place. One of the best in Umhlanga

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir waren dort zu 2 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Küchenutensilien, das einzige was wir vermisst haben wäre eine beschichtete Pfanne gewesen, in der vorhandenen setze das Bratgut an - aber okay - jammern auf hohem Niveau. Tisch, 4 Stühle, Badezimmer, Sofa, großes Doppelbett. Es ist alles da. Unten im Resort ist ein Restaurant, in dem man relativ günstig Essen und Trinken kann. Tolle Poollandschaft im Resort 50 m vom Strand entfernt. Gerne wieder!

Perfect location, not happy about towel arrangements...change after 3 days

What a wonderful holiday resort. The room was so clean, modern, and spacious. It was a treat to be right next to a beautiful forest and on the coast. Lots of activities for the kids. We have very fond memories of our time here and will definitely be coming back.

we stayed for 7 day they never changed the bedding sheet and pillow cases were dirty while we were staying. The owner she's racist she doesn't respect people we complained about our room being dirty she said the housekeepers are still busy cleaning other rooms for people who will be checking in maybe is because we a blacks I don't think
we will go back there anytime soon. what's the point of paying lots of money only to find out the service is poor.

Nice family hotel however we went out of season so most of the entertainment for the kids was not on. It can get a bit noisy at night. The rooms are new and refurbished, the only thing is the toilet is right by the kitchenette, not great. The location is great and very close to all the hustle and bustle. I have mixed feeling about this resort. Check in took too long and they couldn't find my booking. There is no wifi in this resort.

We had a fantastic short stay at Breakers in the spotlessly clean & well-equipped apartment that was well-serviced. Perfect balance of kids activities available and adult relaxation, with many things to do if you choose. Will definitely be back!
