Pros:

夏の暑い日だったので部屋に入ったときにエアコンがかかっていて助かりました。
必要最低限のものが揃っていたので満足です。
ただご飯を食べるテーブルと椅子がない部屋だったので、簡易の椅子があればよかったです。

Pros:

部屋は清潔でとてもよかったです。
炊飯器にアイロンもあるし、洗濯機も洗剤もあります。風呂場に乾燥システムが入っているので服が干せます。

どちらかというと海外からのお客用と言った感じです。
日本語対応できる男性スタッフが居たのですが、変わった日本語を話します。

他スタッフはとても感じが良かったのですが、日本語対応スタッフの客対応が良くなかったです。

チェックイン時、日本語対応のスタッフが、目の前で他のスタッフと英語で会話して、聞き取れているのが分かったのか、別の言語に変えて話しました。

チェックイン手続き中に聞かれてたくない話をわざわざ言語変えてまでしないでください。

設備はとてもよかったです。
ですが、お皿があまり綺麗に洗われていませんでした。
また、接客された方が日本語を上手く話す事が出来ず、説明不足でした。一生懸命でしたが、日本語が伝わらないうえに、説明が少な過ぎました。
特にテレビの見方の説明が不十分でした。
見方がわからなく、1時間以上悩みました。ようやく見れたと思ったら面白い番組がありませんでした。

Pros:

きれいだし、ベッドふかふかだし、駅からめっちゃ近いし、生活機能充実だし、もう文句ないです。強いて言えば、日本のテレビチャンネルが見れないのが惜しいです。

住宿離車站約5分鐘路程，環境為住宅區相當寧靜但不會偏僻，房間就像生活的小套房，附近交通、飲食、超市、百貨購物非常便利，每天都可以將晴空塔作為指引回家的方向。

Hotel is conveniently located, 3-minute walk from Ohiage station and 4-minute walk to Skytree tower. Room is equipped with all appliances, even a cooking stove and private washing machine.

Amazing stay in a cute flat with all amenities.Staff are supportive and friendly.Free coffee 24 hrs.Would recommend this place to all.Location is also very convenient with Solamachi and Oshiage stations a short walk away.Variety of stores and malls nearby.
