Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht, die Räumlichkeiten, abgesehen von den Baustellen, ansprechend und geschmackvoll.

Cons:

Leider funktioniert (bei bis zu 32 Grad Außentemperatur) die Klimaanlage nicht richtig, zudem kein TV-Empfang möglich und eine defekte Leselampe am Bett.

Für eine Übernachtung okay
Pros:

Unkomplizierter Check-In, Tiefgarage für unser Motorrad, wobei der Preis mit 22€/Nacht etwas überzogen wirkt. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet, das Bett sehr bequem, was für uns heißt nicht zu weich. Es gab einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer und es stand Tee/Kaffee zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht gewählt.

Cons:

Das Bad hat eine von den modernen Glasscheiben zum Zimmer hin, was ich persönlich nicht brauche. Aber war okay. Leider gab es im Bad keinerlei Ablageflächen, außer dem Waschbecken. Die Belüftung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert. Es war sehr schwer das Hotel zu finden, obwohl wir uns über die Booking-App haben hinnavigieren lassen.

Preis-Leistung sehr schlecht
Cons:

Nach der Buchung & dem Einchecken wollte ich am Abend TV sehen. Das dieser nicht geht, wurde mir erst dann an der Rezeption mitgeteilt. Ich erwarte solche Mängel vor dem Check in zu erfahren, um mir ein anderes Hotel buchen zu können.
Die Lampe am Bett war herausgerissen.
Eine Baustelle genau unter dem Fenster.
Der Eimer im Bad noch mit Kosmetikartikeln des Vorgastes voll.
Die Kosmetiktücher nicht aufgefüllt.
Die Wände sehr schmutzig.
Für diesen Preis (82€) ohne Frühstück mit all diesen Mängeln viel zu teuer.
Die zweite Nacht in Freiburg habe ich dann doch lieber in einem anderen Hotel verbracht.

Pros:

Festgestellt, dass dieses Hotel ja das vorangehende "Hotel 8" ist; geändert hat sich nicht viel. Das Frühstücl ist etwas teurer geworden, aber es ist immer noch sehr vielfältig und gu.

Cons:

Leider ist die Möglichkeit einer Fahrradmiete weg.

Für 2 Tage ist es ein tolles Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel verfügt über eine moderne Lobby wo man sich auch Getränke und Snacks kaufen kann. Das Frühstück ist eine 10/10. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr lösungsorientiert und freundlich.

Cons:

Wenn man vor 15 Uhr einchecken möchte muss man 20,00€ early Check-in zahlen obwohl das zimmer schon frei ist. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es keinen Kleiderschrank oder eine Möglichkeit Kleidung zu lagern.

Excellent staff, quiet location, good location for Freiburg Messe
Pros:

When cheated by another hotel nearby that had changed ownership without notice and refused to honor the Booking reservation, leaving me shelterless on the street with my bags at 10pm, staff at Premier found an accessible room for me early (my last add-on night was already booked there). Just about every staff member I encountered here was an utter superstar, helping me deal with the upsetting and expensive fallout of the other hotel's fraud. I can't say enough about how good the staff are. Great happy hour prices, to boot. Close to a market. Good bakery nearby, too.

Cons:

Might not have been able to have been helped, but there were a couple days with hours of outages for the hot water while a water problem was being worked on. The cycle rack could be a better design to allow for more types of frames (recumbent, tandem, cargo bike, trike, quad) and more individual cycles, which would improve accessibility for guests coming for International Spezialradmesse.

Im Bad zu wenig Ablage und klein. Das Frühstück ist okay aber nicht sehr gut, Rühreier aus dem Pack,und nur lauwarm, Brötchen lätschig.

Früher Super 8 by Windham ist nun Premier In, aber immer noch gut. Frühstück war ok, aber etwas übertrieben teuer.
Pros:

Netter Empfang, kundenorientierter Mitarbeiter .

Cons:

Der Kollege der Nachtschicht war umso unfreundlicher. Auf die Frage nach einem Getränk aus der Kühlung an der Rezeption wurden wir, mit dem Hinweis man habe gerade geschlossen, unfreundlich an einen Automaten verwiesen. Der Ton macht die Musik.

Eigentlich ein nettes Hotel.
Pros:

Das Personal, besonders der Herr Iviza. Dann noch die Lage, etwas außerhalb und schön ruhig.

Cons:

Leider war durch einen städtischen Stromausfall, welcher zwei Tage vor unserer Anreise war, der Fernseher im gesamten Hotel ausgefallen. Mann war nicht in der Lage das schnellstens zu beheben.
Die Lampe am rechten Bett war defekt. Im Badezimmer war eine Jlinex-Tuchhalterung angebracht, welche nicht aufgefüllt wurde.
Parken war im Nachbarhotel (Hampton) für 22 Euro den Tag möglich.
