Very nice.
Pros:

Location. Parking easily accessible. Quiet.

Cons:

A little issue with the TV but excellent response from staff. So appreciated that.

We came just before March break so we had the pool all to ourselves,,, I also enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast!
Pros:

Good location! Nice rooms. Had a pool for our granddaughter!

Cons:

The only complaint I have is paying $14 for parking…but I did like the underground!

Great night stay
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel for one night. Great place, room was very nice and clean. Breakfast had lots of options and hot food was hot. Pool was warm and clean. Pet friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Fair stay, great for families.
Pros:

Location, proximity to the Champlain Place. The bed was comfortable with a cute modern bathroom. Was always able to get free street parking in front of the property

Cons:

Pictures were slightly deceiving as there was an awful carpet in the bedroom which added heat in the room. The duvet/comforter were the thinnest I have ever seen in my life and I had to ask for another one as I was freezing in bed at night. Lack of outlets near bed which wasn’t a huge inconvenience but a small detail noticed. Finally the TV was a letdown, I was there for a relaxing staycation and could barely toggle through channels. They claimed it was a smart tv but I couldn’t cast anything from my phone. The staff swapped out remotes which did not improve the issue and only offered to switch me rooms on my last night. The elevators being located at the entire opposite end of the hall was a shock as I have never seen this before in hotels. Breakfast options were very limited. I also felt the hotel was more family oriented as there was a hockey tournament with multiple families lodged at the Wingate which made for additional noise and children running amok in the halls and stairways.
