Great hotel for a stay on a road trip to Moab.
Pros:

Great welcome when we arrived and very helpful lady helping us find somewhere to eat and showing us Hope the aircon worked.
Great comfortable bed ❤️

Cons:

Breakfast was very basic and staff couldn’t tell me what had gluten in and only decaf black tea, or coffee neither of which I drink. There was water.
Staff not as good as check-in in the morning.

Nice staff and location, filthy motel! Bad breakfast

The location was decent

Cons:

It was filthy! Elevators were always jammed up with service staff, and the same trash that was in the elevator the night before was in it the next day. Same with dirt that was all over the floor the day before was still there the next day. Our furniture was stained badly, multiple white stains all over a dark couch. Dirt all over the laundry room floor. I’m not picky about cleanliness, so it has to be pretty bad for me to say something about it.

Nice room for a quick stay. Very basic
Pros:

Nice clean room with what we needed for an overnight stay.

Cons:

Every time someone upstairs flushed the toilet, it sounded like a gushing waterfall behind the wall.
Breakfast could have been a little better, but it served us okay to hit the road again.

It's somewhere to overnight
Pros:

It was a place to spend the night before moving on.

Cons:

For a relatively new place it was a bit tatty. The towels were thin and frayed. Breakfast was poor compared to the standard motel waffle and egg breakfast.

Pros:

24/7 check-in especially when traveling from out of state. It was nice to have wifi and breakfast included and that you have a laundry facility available.

Cons:

The tv in our room was inoperable. I did report it but since we were staying only one night, we didnt need service. Breakfast would have been better if more protein was included: sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs. It was carb city other than some boiled eggs.

Comfortable and Clean
Pros:

Very clean and newer room. Bed was comfortable. Like that there was a washer/dryer available. Front desk staff were helpful and fairly friendly.

Cons:

Mini fridge had no freezer compartment. Walls seem kindn of thin, could hear neighbors easily. Breakfast was not good. The apples and oranges were blah, no healthy cereals, just fruit loops. Would prefer individual yogurts so I can see what kind Im getting. Hard boiled egg was the only thing with some nutritional value.
