Nos cancelaron la reservación justo a nuestra hora de llegada y no pudieron ayudarnos a buscar una solución ya que el hotel estaba lleno. En ese momento no fuimos los únicos, eramos al menos 3 personas diferentes en la misma situación.

En general bien, yo me hospedo seguido ahí y les he comentado siempre que la cortina de las regaderas es muy chica en largo y ancho y todo ello baño se moja a parte de que hasta rotas están y en los desayunos están horribles el huevo y los frijoles de plano no nos los comimos

Excelente el incluir el desayuno, solo sería muy bueno poder agregar más sabor al huevo a los chilaquiles y a la salsa así como a los frijoles se siente que le falta sazón y sabor y los compran ya procesados sin sabor y se siente muy acartonado… lo demás excelente!! y muy agradecidos al personal muy atento y serviciales
