Ótima localização e atendimento.
Pros:

Tudo estava em conformidade, ótimo local, ambiente agradável com muita gente bonita e educada. Recepção muito atenciosa e prestativa, entrada sem burocracia e rápida, apto com mobiliário bem conservado e cozinha funcional nos atendeu muito bem. O park aquático é satisfatório as piscinas são limpas todos os dias e tem uma boa variedade os funcionários dos bares são muito prestativos e cordiais bem como os de todo o complexo.

Pegadinha do Malandro
Pros:

Caí na pegadinha do malandro. No site havia arrumação de quarto, mas era somente a limpeza e não tinha roupas de cama nem toalhas. Estava descrito também que tinha café da manhã disponível e não havia nenhuma informação que era disponível, mas com sobre taxa. Também não havia informação no site que o apartamento era no primeiro pavimento e não tinha elevador (detalhe minha esposa está gravida de 8 meses) e a TV a cabo não funcionava.
