Habitaciones y baños sucios. Recepción y pasillos con mal olor. No hay artículos de aseo. Nuestra habitación (triple con baño compartido) tenía chinches debajo de las almohadas y por el resto de la habitación. No alcanza ni para 1 estrella. Pésima relación precio calidad.

Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Slamming doors, no chairs to sit, and the shower wasn't working properly. Asked for clean sheets but didn't receive any. No water for the kettle and no heating in the room.

Pros:

The bed is very comfy. The room was nice and tidy as everyone expected, only the fact that it faced the road could hear all the cars passing. Overall is good for the money.

Upon arrival, I found serious hygiene issues in the room. There were multiple insects in the room, including on the bed and floor. The room was not clean and appeared poorly maintained.

Shortly after entering the room, I started experiencing itching, which I did not have before arriving. Due to the insects and unhygienic condition, the room was not suitable to stay in.

I spoke with customer service at the front desk, and we agreed that I would leave the hotel immediately and receive a refund.

I kindly request that you please process my full refund as agreed.

Pros:

Nothing - it is the only place I have ever not stayed.
I got in the room was so hot.
There no lock on the bathroom.
The toilet seat was falling off.
Some came in when I was using the bathroom.
I left almost as soon as I checked in.

Pros:

The location was exactly as required. Secure parking.

Cons:

Shower head not secure. Sockets loose on walls. No pillow slips. Tissue paper walls, had to ask my neighbour to stop talking at midnight. No towels in the room. Kettle and teabags provided but no milk, had to ask for them but I think they would rather you don't.

Pros:

The hotel room was not in a habitable condition. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It should not be used and should be removed from booking.com website.

Awful and shameful just destroy the building and start from scratch
Pros:

The location near shops and parking

Cons:

The bathroom and bedroom were filthy and uopn entry there was adour smell.
To make matters worse the bathroom window was open all night and there was no hot water in our bathroom not working and I have to report again at the reception .
However the 2nd bathroom 🚻 it was filthy again as the bins were not emptied and there was people hair and sinks not even clean I don't know when it was last cleaned .
The bedroom beds were not comfortable
