Worse Nightmare

Nothing. I want a refund. It was so dirty, smelly and scary I couldnt even stay in it for 5 minutes. I didnt want to touch anything and i felt itchy just walking in it. The curtains were nailed up and drooping. It felt more like a crack den or a brothel than a hotel. It made the Travelodge look 5 star. You would get more dirty using the shower and bathroom if you used it. Bed was stained, pillows were dirty, walls falling apart. So traumatic, I gave them my key and walked out.

Cons:

I didn't like anything... I want a refund as I walked in and walked out. The overwhelming bad smells, the room was so dirty and falling apart. It felt unsafe, unsanitary and I felt itchy even walking in. It made the Travelodge feel like 5 stars. I paid an extra £10 for a private bathroom which if I had used I would of left worse off. The curtains were nailed up and falling off. It felt more like a crack den or a brothel than a hotel. I would take sleeping in my car over there any day. I walked in, walked out, cried and returned my key. Don't stay here. Pay more, sleep in your car or even in a tent in a park.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room and bathroom appeared poorly maintained, with visible staining around the bathroom ceiling, marked surfaces, and worn or damaged doors and fittings.

The condition of the accommodation was below the standard I expected, and I do not feel the experience justified the price I paid. I am seeking a refund through Booking.com and hope the hotel takes these concerns seriously rather than dismissing them.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Hotel nightmare
Pros:

Nothing good about this hotel, half painted rooms, there was still food on the floor that hadn't been cleaned, feces on the toilet ceiling, left a night early and went to a different hotel

Nada muy malo sucio desde la entrada. Poca higiene no me dieron tohallas pero ni pedirla. Era todo feo. Hubo araña en la cama. Casi no dormí. Fue muy decepcionante. Increíblemente. Sucio no lo recomiendo a nadie

Regret booking that hotel to be honest

That whole building need to be rebuilt coz it looks so old and smells really bad I’m sorry. Cleanness are not doing a good job aside the building being old and etc. Toilets were not clean, towels were not clean, beddings are stained. And everything just smell bad. Lastly I didn’t even have hot water in my room had to basically do a cold shower in this weather 😭😭

Unsafe, unhygienic and completely unacceptable – I would not stay here again.

The location was convenient for our trip.

Cons:

The condition of the room was completely unacceptable and unhygienic. There was what appeared to be a drug bag under the stairs near the toilet, blood on the curtain and duvet, mould in the shower and on the duvet cover, cigarette ends on the bathroom floor, ash on the windowsill, flies in the room and no toilet seat. There was also a sock covering the fire alarm, which was extremely concerning from a safety point of view. The whole room smelled strongly of damp and mould. My partner and I both became unwell following our stay, and the conditions particularly affected my breathing. We took photographs showing the condition of the accommodation and have raised a complaint and requested a refund.

It was very dirty I had to go back home I told the staff how dirty it was and he was running around with a bress to try clean the smelly rooms
