Banheiro sujo, cabelos no chão e sabonete de outros hóspedes. Senti a recepcionista da noite um pouco perdida e confusa não ficou claro as informações, já o rapaz da manhã nos ofereceu um atendimento melhor

Falta de empatia em cobrar a reserva de uma diaria após o comandante cancelar o vôo para chapecó, solicitei cancelamento da reserva de dentro do avião e foi negado. Não tenho culpa

Cons:

Reservei para o casal, porém chegando no check in o hotel não aceitou a reserva, alegando que eu havia solicitado para duas mulheres (sendo que no site você só informa se serão adultos ou crianças) solicitando o cancelamento da reserva pelo site e fazendo direto com eles;
Café da manhã muito básico, sem comparação as fotos postadas;
Água empossando no espaço do Box e chuveiro sem controle de temperatura;
No momento do checkout queriam cobrar coisas do frigobar que não teve consumo;
