Staff at the reception was very rude and unprofessional

No tenían mi reserva que había realizado on line, ni tenían habitación disponible. Me he quedado sin hotel y he tenido que salir a buscar a las 11hs de la noche. FATAL!!!

Colchones excesivamente suaves, instalacion hidráulica vieja, ni una ventana exterior, habitación incómoda, retrete incómodo.

Confortable, el desayuno muy rico trato amable y servicial

The bathroom was not clean. The toilet seat was broken. There were gallons of water on the floor next to the bed soaking in from a hard rain outside. Musty. We left to look elsewhere.

Everything was good. The only thing I did not like is that some how bugs got in. like flies.

Originally booked a 2 night stay at Hotel San Vicente booking a basic room with two double beds. After falling ill booked another 3 nights at the hotel. The location of the hotel is great close to supermarket and 10 minute walk to beach and bus station. The room was clean. The breakfast choice very limited. Following the first 2 nights I thought we would be able to stay in the same room as the same room type was booked however we were moved from the first floor to the ground. The ground floor was much more noisy and the beds weren't as comfortable. Where previously we had proper duvets for the following 3 nights we had a sheet that felt like a large towel. It felt as if we'd been downgraded even though it was supposedly same room type. Door the bathroom was stiff and could not be opened/closed with ease in both rooms.

La habitación no se parece en nada a la que muestran en las fotos. Nos asignaron una habitación en la planta baja que tenia mucho olor a humedad, el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido. El ventilador esta sució. El baño es chico. La habitación en general tiene una mala distribución. Una parte del piso era solo de cemento. El wifi no funcionaba en la habitación. Hotel caro en relación a lo ofrecido.

El cuarto pequeño sin tocador. Sin closet o algo similar. El baño bien reducido. Para el costo .

Super bien, el hotel es muy sencillo pero muy bonito y cómodo. Las chicas de la recepción super amables, todo en general estuvo muy bien

Me encanto este establecimiento, una cama enorme, con una bella media cocina, habitación espaciosa en general, solo hay el detalle de el refrigerador en la habitación que a pesar de ser funcional necesita mantenimiento ya que tiene mucho óxido dentro y limpieza profunda por todos lados, fuera de eso todo me gusto

Super nice staff, room was clean, great place on the roof to hang out your wet bathing suits and towels or just hang out. Kind of farther from the beach than I’d thought, but good if you like to walk. Great food all around and Walmart right down the street.

Affordable, local community, walking distance to beach, restaurants, got our money's worth

Can be extremely loud in evenings with small hotel & echo of guest conversating in the courtyard . Also some construction under after midnight . Room very clean and staff excellent:)

The room was disappointing. The rooms are so much better in the photos on the website. Very plain. Stained towels. No phone in room to call front desk.
The staff was helpful and the hotel is within walking distance to the beach, ferries, and shops.
