Building and rooms were so very dirty, sofa was torn, broken table, electricity switch board were fixed with cello tape, bathroom was extreme dirty
So disgusting property and don't even match with pictures
Worst stay ever

Run Away, Run Away, Run Away.


I booked 2 rooms in this hotel for my family and when they reached this property, the hotel staff was refusing to allow entry giving the reason that this property has been marked as illegal and they can’t allow anyone to stay. Secondly, i paid for breakfast buffet for 2 days stay and there was no breakfast buffet in hotel. When my family insisted then the hotel staff just gave them few bread pieces in their room.


I am surprised why expedia is allowing this hotel to be listed. Please don’t book this hotel. I have also lodged complaint with expedia directly

Rooms were old, dated and dirty. The hotel was closed by the government, therefore most rooms and restaurant were sealed off. The overall condition of the property was dirty and unhygienic

Overall it was a good experience.

Staff is very helpful especially Balram the lobby manager. Food is not as great but bearable. Barista is in the hotel itself so that’s great. The location of hotel is perfect !!!

All the staff is super proactive and always ready to help!!!!

Very clean and location is good. Definitely recommended this hotel.

This property is close to temples so was purely vegetarian, which would be good to be made aware of. The room itself was quite dirty , sheets had stains and even hair. Room with spare towels had rubbish scattered everywhere.

The room was dirty . Bed sheets were dirty and had hair on it from ? Previous people . Very limited selection of food especially for kids

Incompetent staff. Dirty room and bathroom. Television did not work and had to follow up with the hotel staff at 6 different occasions to have it fixed. Water heater was broken as well as there was a leak near the sink.
Terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Excellent Stay, food, coffee shop

The resort overall is good. Nice, courteous and friendly staff. The only lacking was kids area. It should have more swings, slides etc for kids. Cycling was also not available.

Room was stinking and it was not cleaned properly. There was lot of birds dropping on the window of the room.

Staff need to be increased as service was not upto the mark very delay.Need to followup a lot for small things.Room cleaning was not done , need to followup also many times.

The hotel is very good. It has a clean pool area and a wonderful kids zone. The rooms are nicely maintained. Its a new hotel so a bit unorganized. The staff is ready to help but not equipped adequately to cater to customer demand.

I had booked the car of the hotel to drop me at Mathura in the wee hours, however, the car failed to turn-up. Shows that the staff really got to organize themselves well. The charges paid by me for the Car has also not been refunded till date. I would go with a 3.5/5 for my experience.
