Great location
Pros:

+ very good location, directly at the exit of the station
+ they provide portable electric massager for your back in the room, also they give free drinks from coffee machine
+ they can keep your luggage until your next reservation (a great base near the station so you can go out of town to explore kyushu)

Cons:

the room was not cleaned thoroughly i see some dust in the bedside lamp area

Pros:

博多駅すぐそば、入り口廊下はとても狭いが、その分ベットルータを広く工夫した室内。浴室の広さ。真上、斜めからシャワーが出るシステムは高級ホテルにも余りない。

Cons:

エレベーターが少ない。非常時避難の心配。

위치만 봐서는 아주 좋음. 서비스는 별로
Pros:

공항버스랑 위치 가까움
근교로 나간다면 추천

Cons:

1) 3일동안 방청소 붙여놔도 물병이 안치워짐
쓰레기통에 안들어가서 옆에 같이 버려달라고 두었음에도 안치워짐.
2) 방청소 요청했으나, 수건이 없거나 가운이 없거나 해서
청소중인 사람에게 달라고 몇번 말해야 햇음
3) 조식 사전 신청 못해서 이틀뒤거 요청 가능하냐 물었을때, 예약이 차서 불가하다는 건 이해했지만 정 먹고싶으면 6시반까지 프론트 내려와서 물어보면 취소 있는지 봐주겟다고 한게 이상했음 (호텔이라면 방으로 전화 정도 넣어줄 수 있지 않은지.?)

Excellent location and good sized room!
Pros:

The room size is big by Japanese standards. Bathrooms are of good size. Love the complimentary use of back massager in the room. The hotel has 2 entrance/exit. Going by the front, it is a 2-minute walk to east gate of Hakata Station while going by the back, it is cut down to 1-minute. Excellent location!

하카타역 동쪽 출구에서 거리가 가깝고, 바로 앞에 패밀리마트 편의점도 있어서 좋아요.
