The staff's reply to the enquiry was very quick.
Pros:

The location is extremely convenient, featuring a fully automated check-in and check-out system. The staff are very friendly and supportive. Additionally, the shower water pressure is excellent.

Cons:

Sometimes air-conditioning is not stable.

Convenient Access to Hakata Station and Subway Lines
Pros:

This is our choice whenever we stay in Fukuoka. Located on a small side street on the side of Hakata Station so it is very conveniient. Just a short walk to the taxi stand in front of Chikushi Guchi for early airport access when you leave. The breakfast is reasonably priced with excellent variety. We did not elect to have the breakfast included with the room because there have been times when it is very busy and it gives us the option of going elesewhere.

Cons:

We have been staying here for the past 4 times when in Fukuoka and the hotel is starting to show it's age. Old furninture and worn carpeting. However, it is clean and maintained very well.

Price is great for a location so near to Hakata station
Pros:

Reception staff were very friendly! The hotel is very well liked by a lot of Koreans and Chinese tourists. Location was great and it was very near to the train station. There are coin washing machines at alternate levels and the lifts were quite fast. Thanks for a good stay!

Cons:

The reception area is always so packed with many luggage. Toilet is quite small as per all other Japanese hotels.
