Service
8.9
Generally positive service feedback: many guests praised friendly, helpful and prompt staff, quick check-in/out and recovery of lost items; a few noted staff appeared busy or service was average.
Location
9.2
Consistently praised location: very close to the station, convenient for transport, shopping and dining; location is a strong positive across reviews.

7.8
Mixed room quality: several guests reported small or dated rooms, uncomfortable beds or poor lighting, while others found rooms spacious and comfortable—variance leads to a slightly below-target score.

Food and Beverage

Limited but mostly positive comments: lobby beverages and an affordable on-site restaurant were cited as positives; several guests found breakfast offerings limited or disappointing.
Overall Experience
8.6
Overall stay leans positive due to excellent location and generally helpful staff; recurring cleanliness and occasional room-size/bed issues temper the experience.

Pros:

Cons:

Great place for a quick transit
Pros:

10/10 for location.

Cons:

Don’t expect too much for the room. It’s clearly a high turnaround hotel where dust accumulated behind the tv and window ledge.

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

Cons:
