Genuine care and attentive staff.
Pros:

The staff is incredibly kind and attentive. The hotel is beautiful, but without the staff, it would just be a pile of pretty bricks.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was spacious.

Cons:

The shower is quite small for this type of room, and the threshold does not effectively prevent water from spilling into the rest of the washroom.

The desk is great for working, but the chair is too low and uncomfortable given the height of the desk, which makes it difficult to work comfortably.

Beautiful hotel, nicely appointed rooms, very comfortable bed, excellent happy hour and service at rooftop bar, mediocre
Pros:

Hip, nicely restored old hotel. Convenient location. Servers were very nice including Kierra at the rooftop bar.

Cons:

Small details could be improved. They claim a record player in each room however I had to have mine replaced as it wasn’t playing the right speed for LP’s. Then the LP library is kinda lame. Not much selection of any well know albums or artists. Also 75% of the albums had the wrong record in the sleeve.

Lovely boutique hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful decor; comfortable bed.

Cons:

No coffee maker (they did offer a small French press for first night but took it away the 2nd night and didn’t replace it even after asking.) It was very loud the first - ask for a lower floor as we weren’t aware there would be an event right above our room. Luckily they left 1 pair of earplugs.
