Very enjoyable and would consider staying their again on my next visit.
Pros:

The Location was good with easy access to the areas I wanted to visit and the proximity to the river was very pleasant and provided a beautify area for relaxing and walking. The Breakfast was good but would have benefitted for western visitors access to white sliced bread and a toaster, as this is what is usually available in western hotels.

Cons:

The weather was very cold and windy during my visit and unfortunately the seal on the window in my room was poor and in need of repair. This resulted in a cold draft blowing in to the room making the room cold.

他に安い所があれば高い金を払って泊まるまでもないかなと思います。スタッフの質も中途半端な感じです。
Cons:

フロントスタッフに設備の場所を聞いただけでとても不機嫌で目も合わせずに対応されました。言葉遣いもぶっきらぼうで非常に不愉快でした。早朝だったからかな？対応頂いたのはメガネの少し若めの男性でした。駐車場も満車じゃないのに満車のランプが点灯してました。止めてもいいか確認しても空いてなければ遠い駐車場にとだけ案内されました。念の為地下を確認すると複数台分空いてました。確認もせず適当な返しはどうかと思います。
他の対応は色々柔軟にして頂け助かりましたがいい面よりも悪い面が目立ってしまい残念でした

お風呂が男女で時間制なのは知らなくて、夜に着いたのでライトアップされてる城が見えなかった

まあまあでした
Cons:

お風呂がありゆったり入れると思いましたが、私は杖が必要なので手すりとかあれば安心してはいれましたがすこし不安でしたから、浴槽には、つかれませんでした。

Pros:

岡崎場が見えて気持ち良かった！

Cons:

駐車料金のカードを出し忘れ、全額払ってしまったので駐車料金のカードを提出する様にスタッフの方も言って欲しい
