ロケーションと地下駐車場が有る事
そしてフロント女性スタッフの対応

Cons:

バスルームの嫌な臭い
バスルーム出入り口の段差(危険です)。

残念だった
Pros:

岡崎の中心部だったので便利だった

Cons:

子供は5階で内装も綺麗でしたが　私達は8階で昔風で古くさくて華麗でわなかった。大浴場の下だったせいか　何かパイプに水の流れる音なのか大きな音がしてらうるさかった。お風呂が大浴場中浴場と何回か時間で男　女に変わるのでそれが嫌な感じがした。

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

The location was excellent. There was a festival happening so I was able to eat food from various stalls, enjoy cherry blossoms, and see Okazaki castle all right next to the hotel. The staff were very kind and helped me get a taxi upon check out. They also didn't request to see my passport or residence card when I informed them I live in Japan. The large spa was nice and had a large hot bath, small cold bath, and 2-3 person sauna. Only disappointment was there wasn't much of a view due to foggy windows. The view during breakfast though was great! There was also a good selection of things to eat.

Cons:

My room was on the 8th floor, under the spa area. There were constant running water sounds and various other noises. As a light sleeper, it made it very difficult for me to sleep and I was woken up several times throughout the night.

Greatl location and great value in Okazaki.
Pros:

Great view of Okazaki Castle and the river walk is fantastic as well.

連泊したかったです
Pros:

9階の大浴場からも岡崎城が見えて良かったです。
部屋からの眺め最高でした。
部屋は綺麗にリフォームされていて快適にすごせました。
モーニングのクロワッサンパリパリで美味しかったです。ご当地食材のたまごだったりお味噌汁だったりすごく楽しめました。

Cons:

欲を言えば夜の大浴場の窓ガラス、湯気で曇っていたのでこれがなければもっと岡崎城が綺麗に見られるのにと思いました。

Wouldn’t choose to come back, but would prefer over other places we have stayed in Okazaki.
Pros:

Nice peaceful location, staff very friendly and helpful. Although the rooms needed modernising the bathroom unit was new and was a pleasure to use. Staff extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome.

Cons:

Very tired decor, rooms could do with being updated

十分満足できました。
Pros:

朝食が美味しい。喫煙ルームがある。隣の部屋の音が聞こえないから快適に過ごせる。

Cons:

3人以上で泊まる場合、2部屋に別れないといけない事がある。3人以上宿泊できる部屋が少なかったのかなと感じた。
