Pros:

La ubicación, al lado de la villa de Santa Claus. Iglú con suelo radiante, sauna y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar tu estancia donde el broche de oro lo pone el jacuzzi privado exterior que a pesar de no habernos nevado lo disfrutamos mucho. La hospitalidad de todo el personal. Desayuno excelente con productos autóctonos. Restaurante con una buena carta. Relación calidad-precio buena.

Amazing experience!!
Pros:

The property is looks very new and well maintained! All the employees were so kind and courteous and absolutely so friendly.
The perfect part is the location just next to Santa’s village that we can walk to easily. And the transportation from the hotel was very convenient and well priced. The dinner and breakfast was great as well! The sauna and jacuzzi was such a nice addition. Shoutout to Omega especially, she was very helpful and gave the best customer service.

Room is nice and spacious. Comfortable. Good facilities. Private spa and sauna. Free and convenient parking. Glass ceiling is phenomenal although does not necessarily facilitate seeing northern lights. Staff is helpful. Include app for northern lights notification.

Cons:

Hot water may run out and requires waiting. Breakfast is average.

Schönes Ambiente
Pros:

Es gefiel uns recht gut. Die Hütten sind hübsch eingerichtet und haben gleich zum verweilen eingeladen. Auch das Personal war aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Landschaft hat seinen Flair, den man im Norden von Finnland sucht. Das Frühstück war gut und reich, man konnte abwechselnd etwas heimisches, oder internationales probieren.
Wir assen an einem Abend im Restaurant und fanden es lecker.

Lo único es que para dormir en las noches al tener el techo con vidrio. Los días nublados era muy claro para dormir
