Überwältigend gut !!
Pros:

Die Lage und die damit verbundene Ruhe sind hervorragend.
Hier stimmt einfach das Gesamtkonzept. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter.
Auch toller Service und ein Dankeschön an die Küche.

Cons:

So etwas gibt es hier nicht!!

A great hot tub and sauna time!
Pros:

My husband and I had a good time here. The view from our room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed using the hot-tub and sauna-it was very special.

Pros:

部屋が最高でした。
ジャグジーもきれいで寒い中でも入れる環境が十分整っていました。
ディナーと朝食もとてもおいしかったです。

Cons:

ディナーは美味しかったのですが、料理が出てくるまでにかなり時間がかかりました。
部屋の窓ガラスのヒーターとサウナが同時にオンにできない点が残念でした。
お値段がもう少し安いといいのですが・・・

Pros:

This Resort was absolutely amazing! From the start, the service was exceptional — friendly, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. The reindeer meat was a real highlight; it was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The breakfast spread was fresh, with local ingredients that really gave us a taste of the region’s flavors. We loved how traditional the dinner menu was, showcasing local dishes that felt authentic and full of character.
The service throughout the entire experience was kind and professional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Booking the tour was quick and easy, and everything was meticulously planned, and it was clear they put a lot of effort into organizing every detail.
One of the best parts was meeting the huskies and reindeers truly an unforgettable experience! Getting up close to the animals, learning about their care, and even having a chance to interact with them made the whole trip even more special. The entire experience was truly magical, and we’re so glad we chose this tour.
Overall, it was a flawless experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to explore this incredible region. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable adventure!

Pretty but expensive
Pros:

Location is perfect for families, right next to santa's village and it's activities. The view, sauna and hot tub is also great.
Breakfast is good and service people are nice.

Cons:

You barely see aurora even if it's in it'shighest. You still need to book aurora hunting tour.
It is too expensive for the value.
I'd prefer to see more local treats in the restaurant. For example focaccia with olive oil is nice and I love it, but it's a lost opportunity to try something local within our limited time there.

Fantastic stay, will be back!
Pros:

Fabulous house with fantastic view. Friendly staff, nice breakfast and dinner. Jacuzzi and sauna 👍
Short walk to Santa village

Cons:

Couldn’t manage the temperature, room was quite hot. Didn’t want to use AC. Had to open the window to cool down a bit ( even it was -15 degrees outside)

Olağanüstü bir konaklama deneyimi
Pros:

Tesis tek kelime ile olağanüstü. Kaldığımız oda sıcak su jakuzisi bulunan iglolrardandı. -19 derecede mayo ile havuza girmek çok farklı ve güzel bir deneyimdi. Sonrasında keyfimizi odamızda bulunan sauna ile taçlandırdık.

Oda iki katlı. Üst katta sadece yatak ve komidinler var. Bazı yorumlarda klostrofobik diye okumuştum, sanırım eğimli duvar yapısından dolayı böyle bir yorum yapılmıştı, ama cam tavan ve alanın sıkışık olmayışı kenarlardaki eğimlilikten kaynaklanan negatifliği yok ediyor.

Alt katta ise fazlasıyla geniş ve rahat bir oturma alanı (kanepe ve koltuklar, minik bir masa ve sandalyeler, tv) ve pişirme imkanı olmayan minik bir mutfak alanı bulunuyor.

Konaklamaya dahil olan akşam yemeği tam bir fine dining restoran hizmeti veriyor. Garsonlar her bir yemeği açıklayıp anlatıyor ve özel bir deneyim yaşamanızı sağlıyor. Yediğimiz her şey aşırı lezzetliydi.

Kahvaltı açık büfe ve her şey çok lezzetli.

Otele ait Tek pişmanlığım daha uzun kalmamaktı.
