サンタ村に隣接していて、観光にとても便利でした。食事も美味しく、お部屋にサウナ、ジャグジー、キッチンもあり設備も文句なし。条件に恵まれ、部屋の前からオーロラも見ることができ最高でした。また行けたらいいな。

The circular staircase was too narrow for an old lady to climb especially when there’s no washroom upstairs.
Amazing food
I had requested a North facing room but that didn’t happen. In fact, we were facing East and there was some large facility there with lights on all night. That was not ideal for sleep or sky viewing.

樹林加上雪景，景色非常美麗也讓人感到放鬆。尤其是戶外SPA池，非常令人驚艷😍
北歐的餐點多數還是偏冷餐，吃的比較不習慣。且距離聖誕老人村約10-15分鐘步行路程，光害比較嚴重，如果是為了極光去的，需要天氣非常好才能看到。
Short summary - a mixed bag.
1. Excellent rooms and facilities coffee machine, kettle , fridge etc
2. with sauna inside bathroom - clean and heats up fast !
3. and outside jacuzzi facing snow covered Forrest, private for each room and it’s always pre-heated with fresh water for each booking
4. Clean, decent standard of the rooms
5. Great views with huge windows allowing to soak in the serene atmosphere
service was sub par and what they could do better to improve.
1. Resort staff was attentive and responds quickly
2. However be mindful with dietary issues or allergy restrictions (some employees do not understand these concepts).
3. Dinner could take a long time 2.5h, so best to plan with extra time
4. no in-room service available outside lunch till 9pm
5. Be cautious with their Salmon as it came with odor and freshness concerns
6. Airport shuttle driver was unwilling to help with luggage and left us with to lift and handle it ourselves
7. Many non Finnish seasonal workers at the resort
8. Consider it 4 star and your expectations might be managed ok. It’s only their self rating anyway and many of the international 5 star requirements aren’t met here.
