We requested breakfast to go and that was not available, thus not even refunded the breakfast.
Bathroom water was not 100% clean
Blind were musty

Excellent Location, Comfy stay
Pros:

Location is excellent, nearest metro station is within 150m walk. Many shops and restaurants within 200m walking distance. Room is big, beds are comfy and clean. very suitable for family too as it is basically a apartment studio room.
Breakfast spread is repeat during our stay however have all the food we need to start our day. Staff overall are helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Room furniture a little outdated but is ok. Kitchen utensils can be better e.g. basic fork and spoon, bowls and plates. There's stove, oven, rice cooker and a frying pan but we have nothing to use for eating. Is too troublesome to keep asking housekeeping.

Excellent location, Comfy beds and clean
Pros:

Very good location within 150m walk to metro station. Many food shops and restaurants nearby. Comfortable room and bed and clean. suitable for group stay and family as there's a kitchen and washing machine.

Cons:

Facilities can be better, there's a kitchen but there's no fork or spoon, plates or bowl.

Viihtyisä huoneisto hyvien kulkuyhteyksien vieressä
Pros:

Metro lähellä joten sijainti oli hyvä vaikka vähän kauempana keskustasta. Kylpyhuoneessa oli pyykkinaru joka oli aivan loistava juttu, samaten pyykkikone. Huoneessa erillinen makuuhuone ja oleskelutila sekä hyvin säilytystilaa.
Jääkaappi ja paistinpannu, sekä kattila ja hyvä liesituuletin ja jääkaappi.
Bonuksena hotellia vastapäätä mahtava hedelmäkoju josta sai tuoreet hedelmät valmiiksi viipaloituina!

Cons:

Ei lautasia eikä syömäväleitä siis ei haarukoita tai syömäpuikkoja (kahvikupit ja juomalasit kyllä oli)

Bien situé et belles chambres familiales
Pros:

Belles chambres confortables avec un lave-linge dans un coin cuisine. Les chambres sont faites tous les jours avec soin. L’hôtel est situé à 13 minutes à pied de la gare, très pratique pour rayonner autour de Shanghai

Cons:

Il n’y a pas de couverts ni assiette dans le coin cuisine. Le petit déjeuner est assez moyen. Il est parfois difficile de trouver une table propre et disponible

Full of secondhand smoke and hotel did nothing to control it

Smoking smell is everywhere at this hotel!! Unless you don’t mind second hand smoke you should think twice before booking!
Even though this is a non smoking hotel the smoking smell is everywhere, feed back to hotel but no action taken
I will strongly suggest to booking.com to mark this hotel as a smoking hotel so that the guests are informed in advance
