Ein rundum gelungenes Wochenende in Venlo!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super - direkt an der Maas, sehr schön im Grünen.
Alles Wesentliche ist sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Arcen.
Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Es war uns nicht klar, dass der Parkplatz sonntags ab ca. 13 Uhr verschlossen ist. Das wurde uns aber von dem sehr freundlichen Personal rechtzeitig mitgeteilt.

Das war für uns ein perfekter Kurztrip.
Pros:

Der sehr angenehme und herzliche Service im Hotel. Angefangen von der Rezeption, Bedienung im Restaurant bis hin zum Frühstuck war alles super.

Cons:

wir haben nichts zu kritisieren.

Top hotel, is aan te bevelen!
Pros:

Uitzicht op de Maas, grote kamer met alles erop en eraan, heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Enige was dat bij binnenkomst de hotelkamer erg koud was, en hoofdkussen vrij dicht was

Room no 5 above kitchen, terrible vent noice while night, I asked for room in other part of hotel , I had to pay extra 200 EUR for 4 nights.

Hochwertige Kulinarik in nettem Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist direkt am Fluss gelegen, trotzdem verkehrszentral, sehr sauber, großer Parkplatz, sehr bemühte Mitarbeiter.
Im hauseigenen Restaurant kann man sensationell speisen, auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Helemaal ok voor wat we zochten met mooie ligging aan de Maas.
Pros:

We gingen een kennis bezoeken, die midden in Venlo Centrum woonde. We konden onze auto rustig parkeren en laden in het Hotel en deden een leuke wandeling langs de Maas naar het Stadscentrum. 's Morgens genoten we van een heerlijk en overvloedig ontbijt in een mooi kader.
