P-plads lige udenfor døren. God beliggenhed, dejligt stille område. Kompetent og servicemindet personale.
Lækker restaurant, god morgenmad.

fint hotel, bortset fra at det værelse jeg ikke ikke havde været opvarmet i flere dage, så det tog et døgn inden der var normal temperatur. Første nat var der 10-12 grader på badeværelset og skulle man se tv foregik det jakke på..
Anden nat var bedre for det var det blevet varmet igennem.
Morgen mad var fremragende

It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting right on the River Maas. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Our Superior room was huge, and had views over the river, our son had a Comfort room, smaller but still a nice size and both had amazing large white marble shower rooms with walk in shower. No kettle to make tea, but luckily I had spotted that in another review and took one. Coffee machine. We ate in the Michelin star restaurant and had an excellent meal, flambed at the table. Good free parking with cctv.
It’s a 5 minute walk along the river to all the restaurants and shops of quaint and lively Venlo.

Die Zimmer zur Straße sind eher laut......

Sehr gute Zusammenstellung zum Frühstück, es gibt kein Bufett, jeder ordert nach seinen Wünschen. Das hat große Vorteile, ist ökologisch und ökonomisch.
Der Service erfüllt die Wünsche . Bei der Abrechnung war ich überrascht, ich hatte 1 Cappuchino und Mineralwasser extra?!? Im Preis von 25 € für das Frühstück sind 2 Getränke incl. sagte man mir. Das sagte man mir nicht zum Einchecken. Aber wir fanden eine Lösung.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt und geputzt. 2 Mal beendete ich meinen Cappuchinogenuß dann sehr pünktlich um 10 Uhr, weil im Nebenraum, der Staubsauger aktiv wurde.
Der Fitnessraum ist gut eingerichtet

Onze ervaring was heel positief. Echt een top hotel. Niets wat je vraagt is onmogelijk. Op verzoek ontbijt om 4:00 in de ochtend krijgen (ivm de ramadan) en in de avond nog een maaltijd naar keuze terwijl de keuken eigenlijk al bijna gesloten was. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Super Service, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber

The room was pleasant and comfortable with air conditioning and a very good shower. An easy walk into the centre of Venlo. Parking was free and plentiful.

Very warm welcome on arrival, comfortable, well specified room, excellent food and service and in a nice river-front location. Highly recommend!

Toller Blick auf die maas, auch wenn unsere Fenster im Dach leider zu klein waren.

everything was perfect except that you can hear everything in the room beside you and in the hallway.

Lovely large room and great location close to Venlo centre

This hotel has great potential, and the restaurant food is fantastic. Rooms on the road side are very noisy though and there was no chef in for breakfast, so choice was very limited.

Great location next to the Maas River. The overall experience was truly outstanding. From the minute we entered we were greeted warmly by virtually every hotel employee we came in contact with. Friendly helpful and most pleasant. The food was excellent and again the service we received was excellent. We will definitely next time in Venlo!
