Location is convenient and room was furnished well
We asked for a non-smoking room, but the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke the whole stay. We asked for it to be looked at, but this didn't resolve the issue. The staff wasn't particularly helpful when we asked for directions to a place of interest
The receiption and clean staff in Crowne Plaza Baoji City Center are very professional. The room is big，clean and complete facilities. In the 40th floor，there are swimming pool and gym. This hotel is very suitable for family to travel and it has own underground garage and is free. The receiption also give us the drinking vouchers which can be used to choose different drinks and coffee in hotel lobby. The clean staff give us many mineral water which is very important for us in summer. This hotel is very near with Chen cang Lao Jie and Bronze Ware Museum. We also will choose this hotel next time.

一日既往的环境好，服务棒，离隔壁的银泰城非常近，算是非常绝佳的位置，步行可以到周边很多地方去，适合带孩子，自助早餐也很棒，有宝鸡特色早餐，去宝鸡的最佳选择。
非常棒的体验，入住时给升级了房间，真的特别棒！！！已经住过很多次东岭皇冠假日了，每一次去宝鸡都必住，因为孩子真的很喜欢！服务很好，还赠送了饮料，真的是绝对的不二之选！

A/C works weird
IHG diamond status was recognized immediately. Director of rooms Tony was present to attend to my needs as an IHG member. Rooms was properly upgraded. Tony had also change room for me due to smoke smell in the upgraded room on 3510. His service and response was excellent. He was present during breakfast during my stay walking the daily management walk and striking conversation with me to ensure everything is taken care of. His service is immaculate and the best of services I had ever experienced in china. He is customer focus and ability to achieve great heights for IHG group. IHG had a hidden gem like Tony to shine exceptional service for the customer. His attentive to details, service and customer had made Crowne plaza Baoji my first choice of stay. Wherever he goes to serve I will stay at that hotel due to his customer focus service. I wish IHG will treasure this gem and allow him to shine for IHG greater china and beyond
The Crowne Plaza in Baoji one of the most professional hotels I have ever stayed.
The stuff is really friendly and helpful. Specially Manager Tony and Restaurant Manager Lilly. They really do a great job. I can also recommend the Breakfast and the dinner buffet what is really high in quality with a big selection of Chinese and international food.
The hotel is located in a nice area with a mall and little restaurants next to it.
Overall the Crowne Plaza in Baoji is must go when you're in the Baoji Area.

Hotel it's very nice, the staff is very kind, always help for everything you need, breakfast it's so delicious and room is clean and with nice furniture. I have long time stay for 3 months and was very comfortable.
