Extremely clean, comfortable room. Loved the quirkiness of it.
The room was spacious but had no windows which made us feel rather claustrophobic.

Staff were lovely & always ready to assist. Room was clean, comfortable & plenty of room for the 2 of us. Rooms were equipped with tea & coffee making facilities, mini fridge with a couple of small bottles of complimentary water, safe, iron & hairdryer. Location was great also, in walking distance of Cardiff Central train station & all of the restaurants, bars & shops.

Hotel has a lot of charm and individual design. Feels like a boutique hotel. We had a complimentary upgrade which was perfect because we were celebrating our anniversary!
Small gym was great for getting in a quick workout.
Loved how spacious the room and bathroom were.
There are some lively characters around Queen St in Cardiff, if you’re a local you’ll already know that. There’s some informal “busking” that happens until strange hours of the night but this didn’t bother us.

Needs a little more attention to repairs to decoration with the rooms, lots of marks on walls which let it down but would not put me off from staying again
