Packing away breakfast at 10:30 when breakfast seatings end at 10:30 - it would be better if the last seating was at 10:30 but the breakfast was still available to those seated until 11am.
I liked the location once I found it. Beds were very comfy and it was quite spacious.

Das Zimmer ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sieht echt top aus. Im Bad hat man 3 unterschiedliche Varianten für's Licht. Die Dusche ist geräumig und Pflegeprodukte sind auch da.
Frühstück und Bar sind im obersten Stock mit kleiner Terrasse und toller Aussicht.
Die Lage in der Fußgängerzone ist zwar super, aber der Weg ins Parkhaus ist mit Gepäck im Motorradgewand doch etwas mühsam.

AC not working during the heatwave! We complained about this several times.
Terrible experience to have no AC while traveling with a baby.
All in all, we were disappointed.

Twin bedroom has frosted glass panels and no windows . I will return but prefer opening windows .

The air conditioning doesn’t work. Rang down from the room, twice no one answered. When leaving the hotel for a night out, I mentioned the issue to the staff and was told it would be sorted. Got back from the night out and nothing was sorted. Was roasting in the room all night. This hotel gets worse every time I stay there, flooring is coming up in multiple areas, marks all over the walls.. Just a shame the hotel isn’t being looking after as it should.
