We had a wonderful stay and the reception staff truly made it special. When we asked about a late check-out, they went above and beyond to make it happen without any fuss. What really impressed us was how prepared they were for Hyrox participants; we were greeted with thoughtful welcome goodies, which was such a lovely touch that showed they’d really put thought into their guests’ experience.

Great Llittle hotel that exceeded our expectations. Lovely welcome from the reception staff and we were able to check in a little earlier so didn't have to tote our bag around. Quirky access to the room but we were given written instruction and once we figured it out there was no problem at all. The room was fab and comfortable. Location very central and easily accessible from our bus stop. All in all a lovely stay and we hope to return

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions, as well as many restaurants and shops.

Had a twin room which they were happy to supply but disappointed with frosted glass with no view also the money you pay for a night stay there was no bottle water supplied.
Nice location in the centre of the city close to all the shopping and eateries
Parking for our group was close but as it’s not owned by the hotel it was around £40 per day
