Convenience to get anyway on northeast side of Houston.
Pros:

It was a pretty good stay. Conveniently located and lots of stores around. Pool was good for my grandkids.

Cons:

No towels in the pool area. Tried to hunt some down at the desk but no one was attending, ended up raiding their gym for the last couple of towels. Door at the pet walking area was broken, but we found a way to jimmy it open while we walked our dog. TV wasn’t working in first room we were assigned, and instead of fixing it, we had to pack up everything and move rooms.

Almost Perfect
Pros:

I loved the one bedroom layout. The night auditor was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and the first floor was super quiet.

Cons:

The morning shift wasn't as pleasant, seemed like they were being micromanaged and had them on edge. I was denied a late check out. Parking could be better. ¹

It was okay.
Pros:

My hotel room was clean and nice. The bed need firmer pillows. I didnt sleep much

Cons:

I was extremely unhappy there was no alcohol for happy hour but was told there had been a "switch over" in owners. There was NO alcohol on the property "whatsoever "
