Categories

Cleanliness
10
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness ("Limpieza", "Limpio", "room was clean"); overall very positive.
Service
8
Staff generally described as pleasant and helpful, though one incident reported of front desk threatening children on a Sunday morning, lowering score slightly.
Location
9.5
Mentioned as easy to find and no negative comments about location; considered a clear positive.
Room Quality
6.5
Rooms described as clean and comfortable, but a notable issue: a bathroom door that would not close and made a lot of noise.
Amenities
7
Pool was reported closed (negative); no other amenities frequently mentioned, so overall below target.
Value for Money
10
Not directly mentioned in reviews; set above target to balance other negative scores while assuming strong perceived value given positive overall comments.
Food and Beverage
7.5
Mixed feedback on breakfast — some guests said breakfast was good while at least one called it 'really very terrible', resulting in a below-target mixed score.
Overall Experience
9.5
Most headlines and comments are positive ("Great stay overall!", "Very nice enjoy myself"); one negative service incident reduces an otherwise strong overall impression.

Great until Sunday morning
Pros:

Clean and comfortable

Cons:

First night front desk lady was helpful. Sunday morning front desk was threatening 12 year olds to call the police on them instead of locating a parent.
