.My first room had no hot water and internet. They moved me to another room, where the wind blowing around the windows made a crazy noise 24 hours, and the air conditioner thermostat didn't work. The room was always 18 degrees, or I had to turn it off at 50 degrees

Staff were amazing. This was the only positive point of this hotrl.

An all-around excellent hotel
Pros:

The Millenium Central was a great find. It is much more high-end -- in decor, amenities and staff responsiveness -- than the price suggests. I was able to get a glass of fresh-squeezed orange juice from the kitchen upon my late check-in before 10 p.m. The room was comfortable in every respect, especially the bed, which was very important after 21 hours of air travel from the U.S. I recommend the breakfast buffet on the 20th floor because I didn't see any breakfast alternatives in walking distance (especially since it's over 100 degrees outside). The pool and fitness center on the 23rd floor were also welcome touches.

This is a classy hotel with a classy staff. It exceeded my expectations.

Pros:

Be careful while booking since they have preferential rates for GCC citizens. I had to pay additional 12KD since I didnt notice the clause. Complimentary airport pick and drop off is good. Internet speed is decent enough.
